She smiled and did sort of a half bow at being complimented.
"Thanks"
Willow proceeded to cut the bread into slices, the bread was still warm from laying on the hearth. She then unwrapped one of the cheese cloths and inside was some homemade cheese she had made. "Mmm, provalone." She cut that up and placed the little circles of cheese on the bread. She unfolded another cheese cloth, then another and continued to slice and place four different kinds of cheeses on the bread. She folded the cheese cloths back up and put them back in the basket. Then she pulled out another package but this time instead of being wrapped in cheese cloth it was wrapped in paper and said "honey roasted turkey". When it was opened you could see that it was preshaved and preroasted to perfection.. She layed a few slices of turkey on each sandwich then covered the turkey meat back- up.
Then the kettle started to whistle and Willow picked it up and poured the steamy water into the cups she had placed out before. Then she divided up her remaining clover and mint tea she had made before when jewel was over. She put the ground leaves in to two tea orbs and dunked them into the two cups. She sat the sugar dish on the cauldron/table and moved back to the sandwiches. She put lettuce on the sandwiches then poured on a italian ceasar dressing on it before putting the top slice of bread over it. She put the two sandwiches on the plates she set out before and garnished the plates with two cute little elderberries on the side. They were sweet and ripe this time of year.
Willow quick put all the parishable foods back in her basket and walked back to the freezer/cellar. When she came back up she looked like she could run 10 miles and still be home for supper.
"Lunch is ready now" Willow said smiling at Ice. She handed her rabbit an extra piece of lettuce and a carrot to nibble on before she sat down at the table.
