"And welcome to my apartment brave comrads!" "Stop calling me a brave comrad before I am forced to hurt you." There was a breif point upon entering the dark apartment, before Tink turned on teh light and effectivly blinded them all, that everyone became rather confused. As is the nature of day creatures in pitch darkness.

Sparx followed Tink into her apartment. She squinted her eyes as Tink switched on the blinding light.

Snowflake caustiosly stepped into the darkness. Th sudden light did indeed blind her. She raised her hoof to shield her eyes. "Hey!" she said giggling. When the spotts disappeared from in front of her eyes she looked around at the apartment. A big smile whiped across her face. "This is great! You have a really nice house!" Snowflake was always interested in home design of others, since she had grown up in a simple ice cave.

"You really think so?" Tink glanced around her apartment. She kept it painstakingly neat. When it came to apartments you didn't want to waste space. She wen tover to her computer and began speaking to eat in an even clipped voice. "Programs, accessorries, multimedia, CD player." She selected a CD form the nearby rack and stuck it in. A bit of music played itself faintly form the speakers. "Now, umm, first aid?" Mace reached over and flipped a switch next to the normal one. Switching the normal light to a blacklight instead. "I dunno about you guys, but thats easier on my eyes for a few seconds." (OOC: What CD do you think she is playing? I'm leaning toward the new Lizzy McGuire soundtrack. Just because I like soem of those songs. The Tide is High, What Dreams Are Made Of, Do a Crazy Dance.... Or its Hamsterdance, which Mace will be driven nuts by the squeaky voices....)

(OOC: Please! Not Lizzy! Lol. I like Hamsterdance, let's drive Mace nuts.)
Sparx's eyes felt better as Tink turned on the blacklight. The darkness was familiar to her, like a friend or something. She missed seeing light, but it felt much better to her eyes with darkness. So, instead she listened to the music and settled for the dark.

"Wow...I like your place..." Cane mused, walking with Sooner behind the other ponies.
He, two, was thankful to Mace for turning on the backlight.
Sooner continued to lick Sparx.

Sparx couldn't contain herself any longer. She scooped up Sooner and gave him a hug. Then she had an idea. A sly smile spread across her face. She set Sooner down and hid behind the furniture. She was planning on playing a fun game of hide and go seek with the little pup.

Sooner looked around, bewildered. Where had Sparx gone? He looked under his paws. Nope, she wasnt there. He chased his tail, trying to see if she was behind him. No luck. He looked up at the ceiling. She wasnt hanging from it. Where had she gone?

Sparx could hear Sooner rustling around. She giggled at the thought of him looking for her. Realizing she was giving away her hiding place, she clapped a hoof over her mouth. Nevertheless, she did smile.

(OOC: Soundtrack to the movie Sparx, not the CD. Not all the songs on the sound track are by Lizzie, whom I feel is a greedy little, um, person. My favorite being The Tide is High.)

(OOC: I know. But I don't like a lot of the songs on there either. Yeah the Tide is High is my sister's favorite on there, or more the only one she likes! The name reminds me of a character I know...

(OOC: Elizabeth and I got bored in gym so we began discussing whether the physical world really exists. Or is all of this someone's dream and we are just charactersin it? We feel pain because we are part opf the the dream? Can our normal minds not comprehend the world so we see it this way instead? ) Tink emerged form where she had bene getting the first aid supplies. "Mace, I have an ice pack with your, or rather your throat's, name on it." Mace swore, but allowed Tink to strap the ice pack to his neck. "Now isn't that better?" Mace raised an eyebrow.

(OOC: Well, if we are just characters in someone's dream, we should cherish the moments we have before the person wakes up. And what a wonderful dream it is.)

(ooc: I've contemplated that alot, too. Except I thought they were like, awake, and just...I dunno...'pulling strings' and making us do their bidding...if it's a dream, tho, let's hope they never wake up! Or never get tired of us as characters...because if they do, they'll prolly kill us off!)
Cane stiffled a laugh at Mace and Tink, thinking what a good couple they made and how kind they were to let the others stay at their place.
Sooner heard Sparx, but, having a bad sense of direction, he couldnt see where she was. He continued to look around, but tried to keep his manners.

Sparx was feeling generous and decided to give the pooch a hint. "Sooner!" she called out quietly, "Here boy!"
