((Lol! Yes, I do know what you mean... XD))
The purple pegasus let him turn her on her back, feeling his lips on hers....
((Sorry for that short post, didn't know what else to put. Anywayz, we should just jump to "afterwards".))

[[no worries - I haven't been able to get the inspiration to continue here lately anyway. So fast-forward]]
Afterwards, Rogue was feeling himself most.... satisfied. He lay on the grass comfortably, the mare under his arm, and his head buried deep into her mane. His tail whipped this way and that in a relaxed way. He wondered briefly if his brother had got as far with the mare he'd been seeing lately. He knew, of course, that Tramp had been going out with someone, he just didn't know her name. He had been too busy with Gibberish to really care to find out, either. He was slightly worried of what might become of that relationship though. Tramp was such a clinger. What if he'd go and fall in love? That didn't really suit Rogue's plans at all.
Without noticing, Rogue let out an almost sad sigh.

((hehe))
Angel nuzzled Rogue. "Is something wrong?" She asked him after he sighed. She wondered if he was worried about something. Angel hoped that the stallion was ok. She layed there, resting next to him.

Rogue blinked and realised he had sighed aloud. Quickly he put up a smile.
"No," he said. "I was just... eh, thinking about my brother. He has a habit of getting into trouble."
Actually, the one getting himself to trouble was usually Rogue - but truth could be bent a little, was what Rogue tended to think.

The pegasus understood. The mentioning of Rogue's brother brought Angel's brother to her mind. The mare missed him. She wasn't sure where he was at right now, but she hoped he was ok.

The mare turned to Rogue. "So, what is your brother like?" She asked. She was a bit concerned about what his brother was like. Rogue said he had a 'habit' of getting into trouble. Did that mean he gets into trouble a lot? Does he do all those bad things? Like steal stuff, or burn down houses? Actually, Angel was very concerned.

Rogue looked at Angel with an off-handed smile, shrugging his shoulders a bit. He read the concern on her face and realised she might have got a wrong impression. Then he thought it over and decided it might be amusing to let her keep that impression.
"Oh, he's, well, he doesn't mean bad, I suppose," he said nonchalantly, got up from the grass and shook himself. He smiled down to Angel. "But he's the type that, you know, tends to get in trouble. I'm always saving him from all kinds of trouble." He arched his neck a little, sensing that this mare was fairly easily impressed. "Did I already mention I'm a famous warrior?"

The purple peg listened to what Rogue said. So his brother did get into trouble. And Rogue had always saved his brother! Angel was fairly impressed. "Well, I did assume you were a warrier...." She mentioned, getting up herself and tossing her long mane.

Rogue smirked proudly. Vaguely he remembered mentioning his trade earlier, but it never hurt to mention it again, in case she had forgotten.
"Well, you see, me and my brother, we have been travelling around Ponyland since we were born," he explained to her. "We are famous warriors, both of us. I don't suppose you would have heard of us, though."

The purple pegasus thought for a moment...... "No, I haven't heard of you before." She responded. It was true, however. She hadn't heard of Rogue and/or his brother, until now.

Popcorn buzzed from flower to flower, stopping to admire the colors and fragrances. Each time she landed on one the stem bent at an unhealthy angle, but each time the breezie was able to take off before she herself touched the ground. Finally coming to a break in the trees, she saw something on the ground with far more colors than all of the flowers put together. AND it was moving in a pretty, swirly pattern. It looked to Poppy like a giant path, but the surface was so shimmering and smooth...
Naturally, she flew forward to investigate. After hovering curiously on the surface of the Rainbow River for a second, she went to land on it - then found out the hard way that it was in fact a river. Being pulled forward by the current, which seemed much more vicious to a creature her size, she saw the grass and flowers zipping by at the edges of her vision, and felt herself being pulled under the swirling rainbow colors.
"Oh, help!", she squeaked. Seeing two larger blurs coming closer from down the river, she cried out again, as loudly as her small voice would allow.

Rogue was just about to answer something to Angel when his ears caught the squeaking. It sounded at first just like an irritating bug buzzing in his ear, but then he thought he recognised it. His ears shot up and his head turned that way. What was it? What... was...
Then his eyes caught a shape. It was coming down fast down the river, splashing furiously. He rolled his eyes. Oh, d**n it. One of those creatures...
Then again... this could be the perfect opportunity to show to Angel just what a heroic stallion he was. He puffed up his chest and looked at Angel.
"Just a moment, darling," he said. "I will rescue that poor creature."
And then he walked as near to the river's edge as he could, and concentrated on his magic. His horn started to glow a faint purple glow which also surrounded the little breezie. In a snatch, his magic caught the little creature right out of the water and lifted her up into the air.
With a smug smile, Rogue stood proudly as the breezie floated through the air and landed safely on the riverbank right in front of him and the purple pegasus.

Poppy shook out her wings, not considerably bothered by her recent near-death experience. She was safe now, after all. The breezie took to the air again as soon as her wings were dry, and flew to a height where she could better see her rescuer. Then, as had happened many times before, she recognized him. It was her beloved owner! He had come back for her! It was...
Honestly, her favorite stallion's name escaped her at the moment, but she was positive that this time it was him. Giving a little happy squeal and fluttering forward to perch on top of his head and pick up a large chunk of mane that she could hug, she cried, "It's you! I knew you'd come back! I missed you, and I've been looking everywhere for you!" She didn't pay any attention to Angel - she didn't pay much attention to any female ponies, except for the occasional filly that would try to keep her as a pet.

Angel blinked. "Oh dear, that creature's gonna drown!" She shouted.
When Rogue said he'd rescue her, the purple mare smiled. Rogue was sweet AND talented! Angel felt so lucky that he was hers....................
"Oh, are you alright, little one?" She asked when the little breezie was safe.

Turning her oversized eyes to look at Angel for the first time, she failed to answer the question and instead asked with a hint of distaste, "Who are you?"
