"... Maybe we will just pick you up a couple of conservative, everyday things..."
"Ok then. good." Lacy almost sighed in relief, instead smiled. 'A couple of conservative things' didn't sound that bad to her, though she really don't know what conservation meant to SunnyD. It really couldn't be that bad... And she didn't mind a few things, as long as she didn't have to wear them all the time.
"So... D-do you think you can show me to the library?" She asked, finally.

"The library?" SunnyD looked up in her most thoughtful way. "We have a library? Huh." She shrugged and gave a smile. "What would you do in a library anyways? They are so boring, and quiet! Its hard to be... well... me, in a library."
Librarys - meh. Like the moviestar diva would EVER be caught in something like a library.

Crystal Lace blushed and was surprised at the fact that SunnyD didn't know that there was an actual Library in the castle... Well there should be a library in a castle anyway.
"Well..." Lacy began to say. "A Library contians books which are for reading. For finding out information on a certain topic... It is also a good place to let your imagination flow, and to explore and learn about new worlds. B-but I guess if the Library is not your scene, well then, I understand that."
"Anyway Libraries are very resourceful... and there is always a first for everything." She added quietly.

There is always a first for everything. Sure, SunnyD could try out this library thing. She had a good imagination, afterall, she was always imagining she was someone else for her movies. Yes. She would try this library thing.
"Ok, let us find this library then! Off we go!" She ushered the young mare out the door and locked it behind them. "Ok.... so... which way?"

Lacy would have liked it if she got the chance to get out of the 'extra' jewelery, but decided to just keep it on to keep SunnyD happy.
"Ok then..." She looked both ways, trying to remember what she could. "I... I remember the library being upstairs..." Lacy paused for a moment, thinking hard. "Well, I'm guessing that the castle design mustn't of had changed much from the older one anyway... so it must be, this way." She turned her head the direction and began to walk in that direction.
--
Eventually, after numerous times of peeping behind doors, Lacy looked behind a double door a let out a soft sound of delight.
"Here is it!" She said exictedly in her soft voice. She opened the doors wide, and trotted in, looking around at the state of the newer library. It seemed to be exactly as she remembered, maybe slightly bit larger with more book cases, which most barely full. She let out a dissapointed sigh.
"It looks like a good number of the books were destroyed when the castle collapsed a year or so ago." She said bitterly. "But I'm sure more books will be coming in to replace the damaged ones..." She turned to glance at SunnyD as though suggesting something to the actress.
"Oh well." She gave a shy smile to the other. "What, umm, kind of topics do you like? Like genres?"

SunnyD followed Lacy half-heartedly. Why was it she said she would go to the library? Something about new experiances? She had played a character once that was a bookworm, she would just have to get back into character. When the other finally found the correct door and opened it, SunnyD had looked around cautiously before entering.
Yep, not a whole lot of books, but lots of space for them. It hadn't yet crossed her mind that she should use her money for good and maybe buy the library some books.
"Genres?" SunnyD didn't want to sound stupid, so she said the first thing that came to her mind. "No no dear, I don't like Genres, I prefer Gucchi" of course the first thing that came to her mind was expensive clothes. "But as for books, I guess I like plays? Or maybe books based on movies?"

"I don't like Genres, I prefer Gucchi"
"Oh... ok..." Lacy said a bit confused. Maybe SunnyD didn't really understand what she had meant by genre, but it's not like Lacy would know what a Gucchi is; the pony always had difficult distinguishing bewteen different clothes names and such. It wasn't really much of her concern anyway.
"Books based on Movies? Yes, there should be some left... that is, if they weren't 'burnt' out of stock." Lacy said with a weak smile as she looked though the sections, remembering clearly where each book was, or use to be anyway. "You might be able to find some books which had movies based on them... there were quite a number of them since I last remember... as for plays... there where some there... like Shakespeare... Well, there's the Scottish Play, but you wouldn't want to read that... its surposed to be cursed. Hmm..."
Lacy let out a sigh. "How depressing... there doesn't seem to be very much. I'm sorry..."

Lacy tried to show SunnyD around, but there wasn't much to show. The white mare tapped her hoof to her lips thoughtfully. "You know, I should really buy some books for this place! It looks absolutely disgraceful to be so empty, and so large." A nod and that was that - the library would have new books soon, and new books based on movies.
"So then, where would one go about finding and buying these books?"

"You know, I should really buy some books for this place! It looks absolutely disgraceful to be so empty, and so large."
"R-r-really?" Lacy said and to think it was SunnyD who suggested it. "T-that would be most appreciated by the ponies who come to the library often and, well, I would appreciate it alot too." She said quite excitedly.
"So then, where would one go about finding and buying these books?"
"Hmm... well, there was this book store back in Ponyville. 'Novel Ideas' I think it was called. But from what I heard the shop has been closed down for the time being, though things change." She said, thinking. "However... You might be able to order some from Dream Valley stores, or a few shops in Ponyville might have some. Razzaroo's Curiosity shop is bound to have a few books there too..."
"Well... if you are unable to find the time, well I could go get those books for the library and improve the stock. I mean, I would love to help out here in the library." She added rather quickly in her quiet voice. She had the impression that if she wanted to get the job here at the library, well SunnyD would most likely be the one to give it to her.

((Lets just say that SunnyD went back to her room in the end to ponder over Lacys *hint* request with getting the new books for the castle library and applying for a permament job at the library too. ^-^ ))
Lacy smiled thinking of the chances she had now of getting her dream job. She knew the library well enough anyway. Didn't live too far either. Also, she got to know SunnyD, to a point, though was uncertain about the whole acting thing. She kept the jewellery and such on though, incase SunnyD did come back. However, the mare would have liked to take them off, which would be any time soon.
She wandered around the library, rearanging the books in their rightful places, picking out the books in poor condition which may need to be repaired or replaced and generally tidying the place up. After sometime, she left, taking the few books with her.
