Dazzle slowly approaches her home. Feeling depressed and sad  . She looks at her home. "At least I have a really nice home to live in." She says, trying to smile. She walks into her home, locking the door behind her. She sits in one of her chairs and thinks. She thinks about Flash. How she scared her. And how Flash made fun of her. She looked at her fireplace. There was a nice warm fire burning in it. she sighed and smiled. She was glad to be home.  |

Dazzle Surprise looked at her Cristmas tree. She was glad that her baby sister, Baby Flowerpetal, was going to visit for the holidays. She then smiled. She was glad to be at home! ;D

Suddenly, there was a knock at the door. Dazzle walked up to the door and opened it. There was a small purple baby pony with flowers on her rump standing there. "Hey, sissy! Its me!" Dazzle looked at her and smiled. "Hey Flowerpetal! Come in!" She said to her sister. "Thanks, sis! I just love your house! It looks so fancy! With all the Christmas decorations!" Flowerpetal said in amazement. "Why, thank you!" Dazzle said. "Do you want some chocolate pie? I'm baking some in the oven right now." "Oh, sure! I love chocolate pies!" Flowerpetal said, running into the kitchen. "Woa, slow down! Its still baking!" Dazzle said, holding Flowerpetal. She then put her down. "So, how's mom and dad?" Dazzle asked. "They are good. Mom's decorating the tree back at home. Dad walked me here and he went back home. I asked them yesterday if I could spend the holidays with you and they said 'Of course, honey. Dad will walk you there tomorrow.' And here I am!" She explained to her big sister. "Is the pie ready! I am starving!" Flowerpetal said, licking her lips.

Then, the timer goes off. "That will be the pie." Dazzle says, getting the pie out of the oven. "We have to wait for it to cool, first." Dazzle says to Flowerpetal. "Ok, I brought a bag full of presents to put under the tree, can you help me?" She says to Dazzle. "Ok, the tree is out in the living room." Dazzle said. They both went into the living room with the bag of presents. They take some out at a time and put them under the tree. "Some of these are for me, and some are for you! I don't even know what you're getting!" Baby Flowerpetal says. "Well, we will find out on Christmas." Dazzle said.  |

Just then there was a knock at the door. Now who is it?!Dazzle thought to herself. "I will be right back, sweetie!" Dazzle said to Flowerpetal. She went to the door and opened it. "Well, hello there, Angel! Come on in!" Dazzle said. "Where's Sweet Summertime?" "Well, she wanted to go home, she said she had enough excitment for one day!" Angel explained to her. Then she whispered something in Dazzle's ear. "We visited RF earlier, Sweet Summer says she knows that RF is a LOT weirder than you." She said. "Oh, well. I guess she is!" Dazzle said. Then Baby Flowerpetal walked up to the two ponies. "Hi, Dazzle, who is this?" She asked. "Oh, this is my best friend, Angel. My other friend is Sweet Summertime, but she's not here. Angel, this is my baby sister, Baby Flowerpetal." Dazzle said. "Oh, well, hi there!" Angel said to the purple baby pony. "We're putting presents under the tree, would you like to help us?" Flowerpetal asked. "Well, sure! I brought some presents from me and Summer for you." Angel said to Dazzle. They all went into the living room and put the presents under the tree.

After they finish with the presents, Dazzle goes into the kitchen to check on the pie. Its just the right temperature. "Angel, would you like some chocolate cream pie? I baked one and its ready." "Oh, sure!" Angel replied to Dazzle. "I just love chocolate!" She and baby Flowerpetal went into the kitchen. Dazzle cut 3 pieces out of the pie and served it. After they finished eating some pie, Angel said she had to go home and finish decorating her tree. "I'll call you tomorrow. Maybe we can go to the salon and get our hair done." "Umm, ok. Sure." Dazzle said. Angel then left and headed for home.

After it was Cristmas. Dazzle and Flowerpetal were sitting by the tree. "Well, did you have a Merry Cristmas?" Dazzle asked Flowerpetal. "Oh, yes! I am glad I got to spend it with you! Even though I wish Mom and Dad could have spent it with us." "I wish they could, too." Dazzle said. "Well, I have to go back home on Monday. I can't wait to see them again!" Flowerpetal said. They hugged each other. |

Flowerpetal and Dazzle were working on taking down decorations. Flowerpetal was taking ornaments off the tree and Dazzle Surprise was taking down other decorations. A half hour later, Baby Flowerpetal finally finished with the ornaments. Dazzle was finished with the decorations. She was leaving the outside lights up until New Year's eve. "Well, we finished. I will take care of the tree later." Dazzle said. "Ok, I will get my things together for tomorrow." Baby Flowerpetal said.

The ghost of the Festival of Lights appears in the room, and shouts, "THY PONIES DO NOT CELEBRATE THY HUMAN CELEBRATION KNOWN AS CHRISTMAS, WE CELEBRATE THY FESTIVAL OF LIGHTS, DEAR CHILD!" And then it dissapeared.

(OOC: Dazzle, just for future knowledge, the ponies do celebrate the Festival of Lights rather than Christmas, since there is no Jesus in their world. They do put up trees and lights and give gifts though, so just try to keep from calling it Christmas and call it Festival instead.
Also, we have not actually gotten to the holidays yet - please try to stick with the timeline of the board. We are playing just before the Festival of Lights, in the preparation time. And please try to RP with just your own characters as little as possible - the boards are MULTI-AUTHOR fanfics, not single author. You have to start playing with other peoples characters.)

It was a few days after Baby Flowerpetal left. Everything was going well. Dazzle was glad her little sister could spend the holidays with her. And she was glad that no spirits ever came to her home. Or ghosts. She decided to go to the cafe to see if Cotton Candy was there. She was in the mood for a sundae, anyways. |
