Guy quietly made his way into the dark apartment building of downtown Ponyville. Compared to the city's numerous housing structures, this one took the cake for being the biggest dump. It looked like something one would see in a movie. Dark walls, flickering florescent lights, and elevators that went directly to the inhabitants' apartments.
Choosing the stairs, as opposed to the elevator, the dark stallion walked to his apartment. Unlocking the metal grating over the large, dented, brown metal door, he swung open the entrance his humble abode.
Being the "trusting" pony that he was, Guy found no reason to close the door behind him. From the hall, one could see how large the flat truly was. Sure it was a tad messy, but compared to the building's halls.... it was rather cozy.
Throwing his cd player down onto a nearby pile of clothing, Guy trotted up the spiral staircase. Some random loony could prance right into his apartment, and he'd never know it.

Heartthrob had stopped following Guy as soon as he had entered the apartment. "that's the most disgusting apartment I've ever seen.." she said to herself. "Ah well, at least now I know were all the apartments are, I think I'll stay at that first one I saw, it looks pretty clean, and not to expensive either...". She turned around and starting walking to it. Halfway there, she stopped. She turned and stared at Guy's apartment, not saying a word. She didn't know why, but something inside was making her feel that she should ask him why he was acting like such a jerk. she simply stood there with an uneasy look on her face for about 5 minutes. She finally realised what she was doing, shook her head, turned around and continued walking to the clean apartment.

Heartthrob was almost at the apartment when she heared a bark. She turned to see her beloved puppy from home, Abby. She was carrying a basket with some food and lots of money in it. "Oh Abby!!!! I missed you SO much, I'm so glad your here." she told her dog. "C'mon girl, let's go to an apartment were they accept dogs.". Up the street, they found one. She entered the apartment, Abby following, and asked for a room. She paid the pony at the front desk and took the keys he handed her. She read the room number and went up the elevator. She found her room on one of the top floors. She entered the room and unpacked her bags, while Abby went to lay in her bed. Heartthrob looked out the apartment window, she could see Guy's apartment. She sighed and continued unpacking.

It wasn’t long before Guy’s form appeared from the second floor. His hair was soaking wet, and the mohawk was gone. A white towel was hanging from around his neck.
Whistling, he made his way towards the door and closed it gently. Stepping over various obstacles, the stallion made his way into the open kitchen. Glancing out the window, green eyes fell upon a familiar mare. Apparently, Heartthrob had gotten an apartment directly across from his. Talk about a coincidence.

Out the corner of her eye, While Heartthrob was finishing brushing her teeth, she could see Guy in the kitchen at his apartment. She glared at him and went to close the blinds, but Abby jumped up and started to bark wery loudly seeing Guy. Guy looked up noticing the mare trying to pull her dog away from the window and smirked. "I know you like ponies Abby, but please don't bark at him, ok?" she told her dog as she pulled her away from the window and closed the blinds. Now let's get some shuteye, Abby, I don't want to be grumpy when we go sightseeing tomorrow". Abby went in her bed (so did heartthrob) and they both fell asleep in no time at all.

[OOC: :: presses fast forward:: >_> ;D]
A single green eye opened, followed by another. Glancing at the alarm clock, Guy cringed. It was already 9 o'clock. Christ... Despite his obvious lack of sleep, the maroon stallion forced himself out of bed and down the stairs.
He had yet another big day ahead of himself. It was time he found a job. Minutes passed as he got ready to face the world again. Hopefully this time he wouldn't run into anyone. Literally.
Closing the large metal door behind him, Guy readied himself for the worst. He figured it would close to impossible to get a job in this town with his appearance, but hey... it was worth a shot.
Without further delay, he headed into town. This would be interesting.
(Con’t elsewhere.)
[OOC: Sorry for the cruddy post. ^^;;]

Heartthrob had slept well. She had gotten up before her alarm, wich was a good thing because Abby would bark loudly when she heard it. She put her hair into wavy curls and tied it into two buns on top of her head. She brushed Abby's hair until it was tamed. Then she shoved all her money into her wallet (she did not trust appartments when it's comes to leaving you're money in your room) and put it in her purse. She finished getting ready, ate and left with Abby happily trotting beside her.
