[OOC: I've got my sense of time waaaaaaaay mixed up here... some of you guys have lived like three days and I'm still on my first one! *lol* But here goes anyway.]
At a good pause in her conversation with Roux, Roxanne downed her glass of ice water, smacked her lips, and turned to the ponies sitting around the Cafe.
She raised her voice cheerfully so they could all hear her.
"Hey ho, y'all! Hope you don't mind" - that was addressed to the waiters - "I just wanted to make a bit of an announcement.
"You chaps and chapesses may know that I'm Roxanne, and I own the Ponyville Center Stage Theater, your local source of singing, soft-shoe, and good old-fashioned rollicking thespian fun! Well, y'see, we're just about to start up a new season (that's one comedy, one drama, one musical for you nonactor types) and the whole bloody place needs a good cleaning up.
"So in order to get my fellow equines enthusiastic about vacuuming, clearing out storage, and dusting the wings, I'm gonna make the cleanup into a bit of a social get-together. It'll start at 8 AM on Saturday and run the day, food and music on the house. You can come anytime and stay 'till anytime, trust me, everyone who can lend half a hoof will be welcomed with open arms!
"What d'y'all say, can anyone help out a poor starving artist?" Roxy plastered a pathetic look onto her features and fluttered her eyelashes.

Cotton Candy walked over to Roxanne's tables. She smiled warmly at the her and her companion.
"I'd be glad to help out! I'd even be willing to provide lunch for your volunteers if you like." she offerred.

"Oooh!" Roxy purred. "That would be MAHvelous! Seriously, hon, thank you so much, you don't know what a help some good eats would be. I was going to do the grocery store thing - but catering? What a dream!
"So, can anyone else lend a hoof?"

"I am always at your service fair lady." Roux stated with a slight bob of his head.
"I am afraid though that the time has slipped much to quickly by, and I must be on my way."
Standing he placed enough on the counter to cover his order, as well as Roxy's.
"I hope to see you again soon." The light brown stallion said placing a gentle kiss on Roxy's hoof.
With a smile and wink he walked out of the Cafe and headed for his boat.
(Gone to the Outer Edges.)

Roxy opened her mouth slightly at Roux, and then closed it again. She decided to tip her head instead of speaking when he kissed her hoof.
When the brown stallion had gone, she grinned at the ponies next to her at the bar. "What a gentlepony, eh? Y'don't get many stallions calling you 'fair lady' nowadays... hmm, I sense Shakespeare in his future, yes sir!"
(OOC: I'm gonna leave this thread here for a few more days in the hopes that more of you will see it and therefore come to the theater cleanup when I finally post. What's the use of a party - even a work party - if nopony shows up? ; ) )

[OOC: All right, that's quite enough waiting. : D]
Roxanne hopped off the barstool and flicked her tinseled mop of mane over one shoulder. She waved to the Cafe in general.
"Farewell, you chaps and chapesses! Until Saturday!"
And with a gentle clattering of hooves, the drama queen left the building.
