Kail nodded at Rose as she left, "another time then, yes." She then turned back to Shadoweaver.
"Set is a god then. I knew there was something about him; I thought for a moment he was part of the Dark Rainbow."
But still, he was on of the old gods, and just because he was a god it didn't mean he was good. It gave her a little bit of hope though, for that meant Rose's son may not have the parentage that Kail had thought he might. Could be that she had just randomly gotten a stomachache, like she had around Set that first time. She wasn't brave enough to go back and try though.
"Shadoweaver... how many gods have shown up at your place?" Three was no problem. Tyr had always been awake and hanging around Dream Valley. Brigid, while Kail hadn't thought she was awake, was at least known a bit in DV, and known for her kindness, thank the Rainbow. She had never heard of Set though, and he seemed to be, while not evil by any means, certainly not kind. That made one god of light (Brigid), one god of dark (Set), and one god of shadow (Tyr). Kail hoped that one of each would be all they would have to deal with.

Angel nodded to Silverfall. "Come on." She trotted over to Mainsail, but made sure Silverfall was behind her.
Meanwhile, the others were getting frustrated, well, Dazzle Surprise was. When Mainsail screamed, Dazzle Surprise wanted to scream, too. "Argh, where IS Angel?" She said. She then sees a purple pegasus trotting towards them. "Angel?" She says to herself. Angel stops and smiles. "Sorry it took so long Dazzle. I had a long time finding someone. It wasn't that easy, you know." She said. Dazzle Surprise smiled at Silverfall. She then turned to Angel. "Well, I am glad you did find someone." She said.

The beige goddess' ears flecked for a mere second, and she could almost feel a sneeze begin to churn up in her lungs. Almost in a carefree manor, she chuckled. "Someone must be talking about me," she said lightly, "I hope it's nothing bad." Although the idea of being so carefree struck her odd at the moment. She shouldn't feel so light of heart when there were mages to be acquired. Why was she celebrating, anyway? Brigid certainly didn't quite recall celebrating in a party for a rainbow so long ago. Then again, she reminded herself, she was a goddess. One would be invited and have celebrated many holidays and parties that it was no surprise if she couldn’t remember what party were for what.
The sweet aroma from the toasty mug in her hooves tickled her nose teasingly. Again she smiled. Must be the cider that's making me gay tonight. Oh, why am I being so conservative of myself? For the cider, I shall be joyous tonight, regardless of what we all are celebrating! Her smile only widened into a more pleasant and merry one.
"Thank you, again," she said to Autumn with a delighted voice, "May your dreams be lovely tonight." Brigid was so happy; she almost began to frolic like a filly.

Dark and Kenshin stood side by side as they watched Ratchet whip up some kind of gizmo. "Um... Ratchet? What the heck are you going to build with a cigerette lighter, a boat propeller, and a old vacum moter?" Ratchet grinned at Dark's question as he keep tinkering. Soon, he turned around. "Wala!"
Kenshin blinked at the contraption he held. "And this is suposed to do WHAT?" Pushing a button on the side, the little gizmo took off into the air, and hovered over to one of the lanturns that burnt out. Sticking the flame inside, the contraption had a quick burst of air propele the flame forward, the candle relighting. Ratchet turned to the duo and replyed in a smug manner. "That."
Dark and Kenshin turned to each other, and said the same thing on mind; "Oh." Kenshin's gaze was soon taken by the sight of Brigid. "Oh, NO!!!" Dark blinked at his friend as he started wailing. "What the heck is your problem?!" Kenshin griped Dark's vest as he got nose to nose with the ninja. "I don't have any gifts to give her!"
Dark rolled his eyes. "Kensin, your from the Solar Plains, ya nimrod! On top of that, your fused with the Sun Rainbow! MAKE SOMETHING!!!" Kenshin's eyes regained their hopeful glint. "Oh yea, I forgot that in my dispar. Wait, I know!" Centering his thoughts on the desired item, a prism appered in a small solar flare. With speedy thrust of his hooves and the use of a few strips of metal, Kenshin held up what he thought the perfect gift.
Dark wistled as he eyed the crystal necklace and it's prism heart that dangled from it's center. Even when it wasn't in the light, the heart still shined with the seven colors of the rainbow. "I hope she likes it..." Kenshin swiftly made his aproch, his red face turning redder by the second. "Um... Madam Brigid? I-I made this f-for you." He offered her the necklace, praying she would like it.

Brigid playfully laughed as she headed in the direction of the two warriors serving her. Things were beginning to become a game to her, and the odd 'solar flare' that Kenshin had seemed to emit only drew Brigid's curiosity more. She halted before the two, a grin drawn up on her face, almost trying to look around Kenshin's hooves to discover what he'd just done.
Her breath drew up in her throat as the solar warrior presented the gift to her. The beige unicorn's eyes were captured by the prism like rainbow colors, dancing freely on the snow and wherever else they touched. It had been a while since she'd been given homage such as this. "It's stunning," Brigid finally stammered out, feeling out of breath from its sight.

Kenshin was blushing greatly, his already red face becomeing even brighter as his black mane turned a bit red as well. "You... You like it?" Dark nudged Ratchet a little as the two stalions tried to hold back from laughing at Kenshin.
"I... I thought that a lady of beauty like yourself should be more than blessed by something that contains a tiny fragment of the Sun's energy. It's a... Um..." He gulped, trying to continue. "It's a Star Prism, with a small sun infused into it. Items linked to the stars are quite commen in both me and Dark's former home, able to be infused with a beam of moonlight or even sunlight, since it is a body to house a star."
Kenshin gulped as a flash of flame rose up from his hoof, leafveing a hoof of yellow, red and orange tulips, all shineing faintly with the sun's light, as if the Rainbow of the Sun had personaly touched each one. "These are also for you, Madam. It's custom for me and Dark to grant one at this time of the year that we care about with our heart the best gifts we can think of offering."
Ratchet turn to Dark, a confused look on his face. "Is that how you guys do things for the hollodays?" Dark nodded, just admireing Kenshin's courage.#nosmileys

Brigid just simply smiled, listening to each word that managed to leave his mouth. A little piece of sunlight? A very unique gift indeed. He is turning into quite the gentlestallion. "When it is cold out and I am wearing this, and when the sunlight inside warms me up, I will think of you.," she said dotingly, while looking back down at the necklace. She set her mug of cider down and fiddled with the clasp, and then placing it around her neck. Her chest warmed in the spot the prism heart rested in. Oh she really did love it.
Picking up the cider, she looked back up to Kenshin, once again surprised at the beautiful arrangement of flowers. Much to Brigid's own surprise, she blushed. It has been ages since she'd seen flowers so vibrant with life! She'd used to spend hours at a time picking flowers and making crowns with some of her closest mages. Those were the days.
Brigid took the flowers gentle, taken aback at the vivid colors. "I-uh-thank you.," she replied, and handed the cider to him, "Here, try some. Tis the best hot cider I've had for a spell." With her hooves free, she began to fashion them into her mane.
(ooc: Won't Rosey be jealous that some one else could make pretty flowers than she? lol)

(Okay...many appologies, but this has become too crowded for my liking..)
After a bit of socializing with a couple of random ponies Stella decided she was tired and it was time to find Donner. After a bit of searching through the crowd of ponies she found the green stallion who was dazzling a few bystanding mares with his outgoing talk and his seemingly natural charm.
"Um...Don?" She said sheepishly, not wanting to interrupt.
He ignored her and kept going on with whatever he was talking about.
"Donner??" She asked with a bit more aggitation in her tone.
Again, he took no notice.
She frowned now franly a bit jelous for his attention. "Donner Dobson!" She yelled, yanking him by the tail out of the crowd of ponies. "What's your problem?" He asked her, now just as annoyed as she. He flicked his tail out of her grasp and turned to face her with a frown. Stella's hard expression soffened and she shifted back to a more gentle tone. "Um, I was wondering if we could go soon. I'm tired and all these people are making me clostrophobic(sp?)." She was exagerating at that point and Donner knew it well, but he understood. "Yeah okay." He said with a smile. "Uh, look everyone..." He said facing the crowd and speaking to no one in particular. "...great party, but we're out. Cya." He said. And with a reassuring nod to Stella they left. (con't somewhere else.)

Kenshin was surprized at Brigid's reaction. He was almost expecting her to look down on his gifts, yet she was blushing at their presentation. Kenshin almost lost his head to his ego; But thankfuly, he remained stead fast in his behavior. "I am honored that you find my gifts worthy, Lady Brigid." Kenshin politely took her offer of testing the cider, taking but a taste.
The aroma and taste of apples were something totaly new to Kenshin, since he was far more used to the taste of oranges. "This is certainly a new taste to reach my tounge, Lady Brigid. Um... I would like to say I was lieing, Lady Brigid, but those are almost minor trinkets I have given you. Certainly not the best I could offer. But as Dark said once on out way here, the best is always saved for last. So..."
This time, Kenshin called up a beam to sunlight to shine from his hoof, a small set of earrings appering in the snow. Carefuly lifting them into the light, Kenshin smirked. "I give you these Flower Stone earrings, named such because of the way the crystal forms, blooming like any normal flower does as it forms. These... These used to be my Mother's..." Kenshin faught back a tear, keeping himself steady. "I would be honored, and it would be a great honor, if you were to wear them, Lady Brigid."
Kenshin bowwed his head respectively, the treasured gift held in his hooves above his head, in a motion of offering he always saw his Father do to others ladies he tried to court, after his Mother's death.

Brigid raised an inquiring eyebrow when the gifts given to her were called 'minor trinkets'. She was a goddess, and should receive the best one could offer! Not some minor trinkets--although they were really delicate and breath taking trinkets.
It only suited to surprise her more when he presented his final gift. At first she felt a bit mad with herself for jumping so soon to her with held anger, but it melted as he explained the meaning behind the precious treasure of his. The unicorn wasn't openly excited as the last two; however, she did love the earrings and was deeply touched about them.
Smiling gentle, she placed his hooves in hers, "You are the one that honors me." Not saying another word, she humbly accepted his last gift.

A large, delighted smile spread across Peri Winkle's white face. He'd been waiting, and planing for this night for several weeks now. The winter solstice was his favorite time of the year, and what better way for a theater stallion to celebrate it than dressing up as Merry Treats himself! It'd taken him about an hour preparation to manage a wig and makeup job over his cutie mark, but he believed the time and effort were well spent. In fact, the only thing he'd figure that would give him away would be his unmoving, left glass eye. But Peri only shrugged and smiled, if the youngster spotted him, they knew they'd play along or get some kick out of it.
After one last check of his holiday bag filled with sweet treats for the foals, Peri exited the Nursery and into the town, singing merrily with his tenor of songs hailing the events taking place so long ago to bring them this holiday. He hoped it wouldn't be long before a little one would come bounding up to him with childish glee.

Kail had been busy talking when Sherbet bounced up and tugged on her rather hard. "Ohmyrainbowsitssaintmerrytreats!" the orange foal squealed in delight. The fact that there were no teeny tiny elves didn't bother here, because there was, in fact, a large bag full of goodies!
"Well, what are you waiting for child? Go say hi!" Kail smiled - it was the first time Sherbet had ever been shy around anyone.
A deep breath, and Sherbet did just that. She trotted over quickly to Peri "Merry Treats" Winkle and looked up with a wide grin. "Happy Fest Eve!" she squealed in an excited voice, and wide eyes, "what's in your bag?"

(ooc: Is St Merry Treats a boy or a girl? <_< Trying to decide how Peri should throw his voice)
Peri gave an exaggerated, surprised jump back to Sherbet’s sudden approach, thrilled at seeing a gleam in her eyes. "Oh goodness, child! You snuck up on me well, that you did!," he greeted her with as jolly as a laugh he could manage, "And thank you, I hope that you are also having a most splendid and delightful Festival Eve."
“We are little anxious, aren’t we young one.” He took a wayward glance at his sack to tease her. "What is in my bag, you ask? Shall we play a guessing game? Oh but first you must answer me this: Have you been a good foal this year? Now don't lie" He winked his fake left eye "I can tell who has been naughty or nice."
