Ok, so you all voted to have more Hasbro characters at your disposal for playing, so you also get new limitations to go by.
NEW RULE: You are allowed to play 3 Hasbro G3s, but you have to *"try out" for the third character, and cannot play two from any set at once. That means one from the original eight, one from the first year playsets/minis, one from the long hairs, one from the jewels, one from the sparkles... you get the idea. (Anyone who had more than one from a set before 9/9/04 is exempt from this rule)
You may also have one other Hasbro original pony from one of the old lines with the three G3 characters, or four Hasbro characters from the old lines with no G3 characters.
As for limit on the number of characters you are able to play - right now we are going to make it 5 regular characters (these are characters that should be played as often as possible) and two temporary characters (characters specific to storylines or general NPCing). You can *"try out" for a sixth character if you feel you are doing well enough and have the time to keep all six in regular play.
*"Trying out" for a character will require the normal form PLUS a sample post with that character. This will also require TWO stamps, one from myself, and one from either Roxy or Jewel. Delta and Cresent are not yet allowed to stamp third Hasbro characters.
There you go, enjoy your new characters.

You can have 5 characters, plus two temps, plus 1 BONUS that you apply for, and of those a limited number can be Hasbros. Whatever is not a Hasbro is an OC, so if you have no Hasbro's you can have all of them be OC's. Hope that made sense.
