(con. from Willow thread in the Outer Edges Board)
(time: late Sunday night/early Monday morning)
It took long, but Coon Skin had finally, FINALLY made it back to her tent near the river. She'd nearly fallen asleep whilst stumbling back if it hadn't been for the two sudden blood curdling shrieks from a little house off to the side. Coon had actually almost rushed towards the house to see what was wrong, or is there was anything of value. But she changed her mind after seeing it was the same house she stole the roses from earlier. That and she had told her self that the pony inside probably only had a nightmare from the earlier events. At least, that was her excuse anyway.
Coon smiled again at finally being at her tent. The sun was rising, and she could make out little things. She could see the fire pit (not lit, of course), the beer bottle and the canned corn can. But when her eyes hit the tent, she just smiled like an idiot, one happy, tired, idiot. Coon's stiff muscles dragged inside. There on her sleeping bag was the box containing the merchandise and free batteries from Dallas. Coon grinned. Sorry Dall, guess I didn't get a chance to try it out. Ha ha ha. Sucks though that your bro got hurt, hope you get back into town soon. She shifted the box to the side and nestled down on the soft cushioning. She set the dagger on the box, still wearing the bracelt. With gray masked face set down on her pillow, sleep swallowed her immediately.
(ooc: I figured Coon will know why Dallas has left town. It is easier for her since otherwise she'd want to run up and find her to make sure she was unhurt from the attacks.)
