"Does being here among all these glitering roses make you happy? Or is it being here with me?" Dark was getting a little too deep. "For if it does not make you happy, I shall gladly return you to your home and not visit you again. But..." Dark's attitude once again became questioning. "Did you stop not only because danceing did not make you happy, but perhaps because you didn't have someone to share that happiness?"
Dark turned away, a bit down again. "But what does one warrior know about the simple pleasures of danceing or of being near all that pleases him, when both are denied by the path of the sword...?"

Moondancer didn't reply. Memories began to unsurface, deep painful memories that made her feel unhappy. She did her best to shrug it off.
"No, no. I like it here. I like the roses, I like your company. If I disliked it at first, I don't think I would still be standing here." She replied. She noticed how Dark seemed to feel towards the way of his life. "I wouldn't know." She said quietly. "But I'm sure not of it is denied. Can't you, like, have a day off from killing what ever you kill. You know, spend time shopping, or just relaxing afterwards? Or is it just continous devotion to the Rainbow of the Moon?"

Dark sighed. "It isn't my devotion. I mean, sre, I can do that at my leasure; It's just the path that was chosen for me. What's so bad about it is I've been alone most of my life. Then I met Karma. She changed how I lived, helped me gain the freedom I now have. But then I needed to go to the past... It was there I had a chance to see my Father in person. Then I was killed, only to become revied again by the Rainbow, and find that she was married and had a child..."
The Ninja turned away sadly. "It was painful to lose her... But I know I have recoved. Not fully, but it's getting there." Dark raised an eyebrow suddenly. "Wait a sec... I forgot about one of my favorite past times; Cooking and eatting!" Dark turned to her, grinning. "You should try it some time; I make a mean eggroll!"

Moondancer listened sadly to Dark's story. The more she hears about his past, the more horrible it seemed... killed? She glanced at him. He didn't seemed... dead or anything...
"Eggroll?" She raised an eyebrow, a smile making its way on her face as thoughts of the death slipped away. "And you cook?" She could say she was surprised by this, seeing that Dark was a Ninja, but the expression on her face and her tone told him that. "What, umm, else do you... cook?"

"Well lets see..." In moment, Dark had pulled out another scroll; This one in constant use. Unrolling it, Dark eyed the near mile long list of recipes. "Cakes, Lo Mein, Fried rice, dumplings, soups, ice creams, teriakys, wontons, pizzas..." It took Dark only five minettes to list over 1,000 dishes from all over the world. "And burgers. I tend to pick up new recipes at the lands I stop at." With but a flick of his wrist, the entire paper was rolled up.
"But um... Yea, I died. The Rainbow simply resurected me as I was 20 years ago; Well, I was navy blue then. And my hair was simply bright orange. But ho cares about that; I should prepare you a feast at some point!"

Moondancer raised her eyebrows in amazement as he read out all the different dishes. She had a feeling that she really had no reason to be surprised anymore; Dark seemed to be full of them.
Especially the "dead" part. "Resurect huh?" Moondancer asked nervously. Yeah, he's goregous and everything, but a corpse?! Well, maybe not a corpse, but just dead... ewww... "Umm, you aren't going to, err, fall apart, are you? Seeing that you are... dead... " She felt really awkward asking these questions. "If it doesn't pain you or anything to answer; How did you... die?"

"I'm not dead or a corpse! I WAS that, but... Aww, let me just prove it this way." Whiping out a small knife, Dark quickly made a small cut on his leg. Crimson blood started to form quickly as cloting started. "It's a well known fact that corpses don't bleed." The nick soon cloted, and then vanished.
Dark did, however turn away. "It was at the hands of a Nightmare named Piston. Both myself and my best friend, Shade, died at his hands trying to seal him away so there would even be a today. I'd rather not dicuss that any futher. At least Shade was reunited with his lost love, taken from him by the fangs of the undead..."

Moondancer flinched at the sight of the blood. She wasn't all too fond of it. "Oh, ok then..." She said quietly, embarrassed. "Then you aren't a corpse or dead or anything like that."
"I'm sorry you died." She said. "And your friend too... wait, did he get resurected too?"

Dark shook his head sadly as he smiled. "No, Shade was not. He was given a choice to do so, but he turned it down so he could be with his love once again. He was a good stallion, and I wish him the best in his new life. Plus I've gotten over the whole back from the dead thing. Best I can do is live out my life as best I can. Best place to start is finding another love." Drk turned to Moondancer. "But I think that's been covered."

What Dark said didn't quite click. She just smiled cause she didn't quite know what he meant, though she may find out in time. Anyway, she was kinda thinking that he might of meant her, though she wasn't all too certain...
"Well, it is good to know that you are starting fresh, and that you're friend as found a place where he may rest with both peace and happiness." She said. "It's good to start over, don't you think?"

Dark lightly chuckled. "Yes, you have a point, My Lady. So, is there anything you would enjoy doing at this time? I am rich from my years as a mercinary..." Dark was now trying to win her over through matterial things.

Moondancer looked at him grinning. She liked spending money, it is one of her favourite hobbies. So... hes rich too... hmm...
"I think I'll just continue to watch the moon roses a bit longer." She said finally with a smile. "Tell me, what kind of conditions to these plants like best? Can they be grown naturally from seeds? I would very much like to have some for the castle gardens once the castle is repaired as well as for my garden at my home."

"Sure. They tend to grow the moment moonlight strikes them. In fact, moonlight is all they need, aside from water. Just make sure the Moon can face them anywhere in the sky, and that's that." Dark reached into a very well hidden fold in his scarf and pulled out a small scak of pale blue seeds that glowed with a faint pulse of light themselves.
"Here; This is a small sack filled with the seeds. Kinda from a well hidden stash of mine." He handed her the sack, and smiled.

Moondancer smiled and took the little sack. "Thankyou Dark." She said brightly. "I'm sure the castle would look much more lovely with the Moon Roses in the courtyard. I just hope the others do approve. But, I'm sure they'll love them too." She looked at little seeds. Just to think that such beautiful, glittering flowers came from tiny seeds seemed wonderful.
"Hey, when the castle is up and the roses are planted, will you come by to visit?" She asked hopefully. "I would love to show you around the new castle."

Dark bowwed his head while he was still smileing. "It would be an honnor to visit the castle for something other than battle, My Lady."
