(I thought this was the morning Kail left? Or is me off? *Razz runs to the window to make sure his scooter is still outside*)
"G'morning," Razz said to Swirl. "Something about breakfast and I don't know what that pony in the yard is up to..."
Razz flinched as Sherbert hit the cupboards and then smiled as she bounced around in front of him and tugged his arm.
"Yes, yes, yes," he said, trying to understand. "Of course, she can stay. At least for breakfast." He looked at Meera. "But where are you from, dear? Do you live around here?"

Turning her head to see the newcomer Charm offered a little wave, before turning back around. Eyeing the bowl of fruit on the table she had to admit an apple did sound really good. It smelled pretty good from where she was too. Eyes shifting she glanced again at Silence, maybe he'd like part of an apple too. Stretching across the table, she inched further on to the table in order to reach the bowl. Taking the glossy red fruit from the bowl she slid back into her seat. Smiling Charm held the apple towards Silence.

An Adventure? Thought Silence in response to the Purple stallion’s words. The thought of actually doing something for once sparked the colt’s interest, or rather nearly sparked it. Making breakfast didn’t sound all that great to the pure white colt especially since he wasn’t at all hungry.
Silence looked up when he heard the second chair at the table slide, replacing it’s almost lonely emptiness with a dark green pegasus filly. Silence looked at her for a moment. He wasn’t quite sure what to make of this filly. For the past few weeks he had been there she seemed to always be following him around. He couldn’t understand why. Why would anyone want to hang around someone who had no connection with others? At first, he didn’t really like her being around him as much as the next pony, but now he was starting to deal with it.
Suddenly another filly slid into the room smack into the cupboards. She was always doing that. Always creating such a ruckus.
"There's a new filly. Her name is Meera. She wants to stay here with us and become part of our family! Will you let her? Puhleeeeeeeeeease?"
Family? Silence thought. Who are you calling family? I have no… His mind trailed off before he could finish his last statement. He was starting to sound as cold as his father, but it was true. He had no one at all. These ponies weren’t family. There were more or less just ponies he was living with for a while.
Looking up as Meera entered the room he sighed. As if this place weren’t crowded enough as it is. Nevertheless, he gave her a nod in acknowledgement. He caught movement out of the corner of his shining white eyes and turned back around in his seat to see the green mare holding an apple out in front of him. It took a moment to register her offer and then slowly shook his head, then slumping forward against the table resting his chin in his folded arms.

Seeing Silence shake his head no, Charm set the apple on the table. Sighing she let her head hit the smooth wood with a thump. Maybe there was another way to go about making friends with him. But how? Following him around didn't seem such a hot idea. Sooner or later she was bound to annoy him beyond belief if she kept it up.
It was just; he looked so much like Gabriel. Where had that alicorn gone? He was there one day and gone the next. So much for being adopted. Dreamer was still around, at least in part. But it seemed he was busy again these days, which left Charm always at the nursery. It would have been nice if the pair of alicorns had adopted her. It gave her a warm fuzzy feeling all over just to think about it. But than what was a home and a family anyway? Sooner or later ponies left. Just like her mother. Maybe it was better not to be adopted.
Her smile vanished and she sat motionless at the table. Wings slumped; she stared in front of her. Tears stung the back of her purple eyes. Blinking a couple of times she kept them at bay, not wanting to breakdown and look like 'such a filly' in front of Silence.

[Niiiiiiiii!!!! >.< *glomps Spookytale madly* Where have you been!? XD Crystal misses Swirl! Tehe!]
"A breakfast adventure?" Gumdrop was reminded imediately of the day she had arrived at the nursery, and the soap-and-pancake fight that followed. "That sounds fun!"

Swirl clung to her new-found cup of tea. "A breakfast...adventure? That does sound....um...fun." Swirl also remembered something about finding syrup on the side of the fridge, under the cupboards, and on the ceiling lightbulb. She smiled and nodded warmly at Meera after Razz told her she could stay, then leaned against the counter, thinking. "Oh. no, wait...there's a guy in the yard...?" Swirl looked through the windows, debating between breakfast with adorable foals, or going to check on someone who very likely had a lot more energy then her. (ooc: hi I was either really sick or really busy. It's good to have time to be back!!)

Sherbet squealed in delight as Razz said Meera could stay. I mean, she knew he would say yes, but it was still exciting. Maybe she would let Meera play My Little Humans with her and Ellison later. Ellison was really good at My Little Humans, but that was probably because she was one. "We are going to have so much fun Meera! We can have pancakes and then play Humans and then we can go to the park and go on adventures!" The little orange filly wiggled in excitement and bounced around the room, unable to keep still. ~~~~~~~~ (Um, I'm just gonna play as if Kail did just leave, although that in no way means Karma and Dark couldn't have "caught up" last night ) Picking up Kail's leftover bag from the stoop, Karma followed Dark inside and was immediately assulted by what seemed a million tiny little auras of varying color. It gave her a headache, but Karma by now was used to aura headaches and was a pro at getting rid of them. A moment of closed-eye meditation on her aura and the putrid green around her forehead turned into a soothing blue. She let a small sigh escape her lips and then opened her eyes again. There was a nearly totally black aura where the totally white pegasus pony sat. It was actually quite a creepy sight to the aura-seer - a pony that young should not have an aura that dark and shielding. The one next to it was shades of blue and pink, giving Karma some idea of what had just happened to upset the poor thing. Sherbet was easy to spot, having the brightest, fastest-moving aura in the room, and of course she recognized Dark's right away. She could spot Dark's aura in the most crowded room. There were a few more small auras, including one she didn't like the look of at all. But kids were kids, and she couldn't distrust a kid based on their aura - they were always stuck in fantasy to get a clear enough reading anyways. But it looked enough like her sister's that she was uncomfortable. The only large aura in the room she didn't recognize must then belong to the Swirl pony Kail had told her about. Turning a bright smile to that aura, Karma held out a glowing blue hoof. "Hello, I bet you're Swirl right? I'm Kail's sister, Karma, I'm gonna be helping out while she's gone."

Swirl grinned happily, putting her teacup on the counter in order to grasp Karma's profered hoof between both of hers.
"Oh heavens! It's so nice to meet you!" Swirl held Karma's hoof gently, unsure if she should give Kail's sister a hug or not.
As she stood smiling and debating, the hyperactive antics of Sherbet trickled into her subconcious. Her smile remained but her eyes took on a worried look.
"Oh...yes....breakfast adventures...Maybe just fresh fruit is a good idea?" Swirl loved fun, and games, and even sometimes singing while holding a broom like a microphone when no one else was looking, but she did not like syrup on her eyelids.

Meera was at once overwhelmed by the amount of ponies in the room. She turned to Razz and said, "Well, I'm sort of from...all over. And right now I don't really live anywhere." She realized that the response sounded extremely vague, but it seemed the best one at the moment. She then smiled at Charm, then Swirl, then Silence. True, he hadn't exactly smiled at her - in fact, she even got the impression that he didn't like her too much. But she found that in those cases it was best to act as bright and cheery as possible. She stared at him for a moment longer. I wonder what's bugging him... She then noticed Charm looking very upset. Geez...more ponies, more drama. But then she turned her attention back to Sherbet, smiling more widely. "Oh - that sounds like fun!"

One dark green ear perked up upon the mention of a ‘breakfast adventure’. The filly had to admit that did sound like a lot of fun. Especially if it was anything like the soapy pancake mess that they had had last time. A smile tugged at the corners of her mouth. Fighting to keep from smiling for fear that she would somehow upset Silence farther, Charm found she couldn’t stop the smile. So instead she turned her head to smile brightly at Karma and Swirl. Sister Swirl was awesome. One of her favorite adults. She actually managed to rank up there with Dreamer, Razz and Kail. Not an easy task by any means.

Meera was glad to see Charm smiling again. Wow...she bounced back quickly...

The other foals excitement and bouncy-ness was contagious and Charm was finding it difficult to stay in the chair. It wasn't like Silence would miss her anyway. Would he?
Slipping from the chair she bounded towards Swirl, quickly she gave the Sister a hug before heading towards Sherbet, Meera and Razz.
"Can I help?" Charm asked her face hopeful.
Maybe if she asked really nicely she could even go on the breakfast adventure. With Razz in charge of it, she knew it was going to be a blast. But than what with Razz wasn't? He had to be the funest grown up ever!

Mesmira looked to Sherbet for a response, feeling it was not her business to invit esomeone along. Still, she was almost sure that the answer would be yes.

Honow Loo, a little pegasus filly that had newly been brought to the nursery, came downstairs with a big yawn. She looked around, her big blue eyes blinking. "Hewwo". She gave another yawn. Looking around for the other foals, she asked. "Who wants to play?"

Karma smiled as she watched Swirl's aura change from happy to slightly concerned. Working in a place like the nursery couldn't be easy (heck, Karma had already gotten one headache and she had only been there for ten minutes!) and she very much respected those who had to deal with the little foals all day every day.
"What, ah, kind of adventures do you usually go on for breakfast?"
~~~~~~~~
"Yeah! Breakfast adventures!" Sherbet did a little dance in the middle of the kitchen before stopping in front of Meera and Charm, "of course you can help silly! You are part of the family." She threw a foreleg around Charm's shoulders - Sherbet had been on a very large family kick for the past few months.
She then released the younger peg and turned to Honow Lee, "we're going on breakfast adventures! Then we can play." As if breakfast adventures weren't playful enough.
