Having walked along and found nothing much of interest, yet, Locke stopped in front of the dance studio. Hearing music fading to an end he glanced through a window. Up on the stage was a lovely light purple mare. Certainly graceful and without a doubt agile. Quite a beauty too. He hadn't had the pleasure of meeting her. yet. Something he'd have to remedy.

Twinkle Twirl walked up to Locke and smiled. "Hi." She said. "Um, dance class is over." She said, giggling. "Or were you just watching?" She couldn't help but smile.

Locke smiled sheepishly at the gorgeous mare standing before him. He had indeed been watching. But than he found he couldn't help himself, she was lovely and so graceful. Quite a vision to watch.
"I was just admiring your dancing." Locke replied, "You're very talented. In fact you're the best dancer I've ever seen."

Twinkle Twirl blushed. "Thanks." She replied. She has never gotten good comments about her dancing before. At least, not from a stallion. "Well, I'm Twinkle Twirl, and you are?"

"You're very welcome." Locke replied a warm smile forming at the corners of his mouth.
"Twinkle Twirl, that's a pretty name. I'm Locke." He said holding out a hoof; "It's a pleasure to meet you."
He waited for Twinkle Twirl to hold out her hoof, when she did instead of shaking it Locke placed a butterfly like kiss on it and smiled up at her. Letting her hoof slip from his he wondered if she'd care to grab a bite to eat or anything.

Twinkle Twirl held out her hoof. She was a bit surprised that he kissed it instead of shaking it. She wasn't sure what to say. "It's a pleasure to meet you as well." She then said.

"Dancing looks quite exhausting. I don't suppose you'd like to have an ice cream or something with me. Would you?" Locke asked a bit nervously.
What if she said no? How much of an idiot would he look like? It wasn't like he knew her, really. They'd just met, but he hoped that maybe she'd give him a chance to get to know her better.

The purple mare grinned. "That would be wonderful, actually." She said.

"Really?" Locke asked both surprised and delighted.
He hadn't expected her to say yes, but he was really happy that she had. So happy that he couldn't keep the smile off of his face.
Turning in the direction of the Cafe he waited for Twinkle Twirl. Walking alongside her Locke kept glancing at her every so often.
"Have you been dancing since you were little?" Locke asked as the pair walked along.
[Cont. at the Cafe. Unless you'd rather they went elsewhere or something Angel.]

Twinkle Twirl walked beside him to the Cafe. "Yes, I have. My mother taught me. She used to be a wonderful dancer." She said. She then remembered when her mother had died because of cancer. She felt a tear roll down her cheek. (cont. at the Cafe) ((It's actually fine with me that they go to the Cafe ))
