It's not perfect, but DR fits. And yah, how could I ever make a Breezie that didn't fit in the scooter?

LOL! Well, my mom keeps telling me I have too many ponies/pony playsets. She's telling me no more playsets because I won't have room for them and my mom hates clutter! So, I guess my dream of having most of the G1 playsets is gone! And I REALLY want Dream Castle and the Pretty Parlor and the Perme Shoppe! WAAAAAA!!!!!!

Poor you. I don't have any G1s except my plushie Firefly(*hugs Firefly* whom I looove very much!). I feel so unloved. I've recently been dragging my family to flea markets, but all I've found so far was a little ugly non-Hasbro elephant with combable hair. And a little Jumpman Mario toy for my video game-obsessed older brother(who, I'd like to note, had earlier that day told me nothing good was at flea markets and they were a waste of time). And I bought myself an old ivory-ish rodent thing and a handmade plush goose for $.25 each. Yah, I like random things. But I got to go the first time by acting all innocent(my specialty! ) and going, "Hey - are there many flea markets in this area." "Well, there are a bunch each weekend - why?" "*twirl hair while looking at cieling with big eyes* Oh, no reason. It's just...you know...I've never been to one..." Noone ever seems to wonder why I obsess over odd whims, I why I always seem to end up with some handy, "oh yeah" purpose.

Well, a couple years ago, during the summer, I was in an acting class at Delta College, (no, I'm not in college, I just took this acting class for young actors and actresses) I was 13 then, and I didn't have very many G1s. I only had 11 G1s. And they would have a flea market at Delta on the days the acting class was. So I asked my dad(who picked me up from the acting class) If we could go to the flea market. He said we could and we went. So that meant that after each of my acting classes, we went to that flea market. And at first all I found that was MLP were the G2 Mcdonald's ponies. Mostly Sundance. I already have all 3 of them. So I left her there. Then, at some point, I actually found a Peachy!!! Only......SHE WAS TAILESS!!!! At first I wasn't going to get her because of that, I mean, she was very dirty, too. Plus, some of her plugs were chopped off, and she was missing a plug from her forelock. She was only $.50, and then I decided to get her since I haven't had any actual luck at flea markets/thrift stores. So my dad said I could get her. I then cleaned her up, and as of now, she is my custom pony, Holly. Now, a few weeks later, lo and behold, I found Sparkler!! And this time, she had her tail! Though it was trimmed, and her red streak was cut short. Her hair was trimmed, too. And she had this "10" written on her side. She was sort of dirty. But heck, she was only $.25!!!! So I got her as well! I haven't customized her, and I probably never will. Even though she's not in mint condition, I still love her. I also bought a couple beanie babies from the flea market. But I still love the ponies more! I feel lucky getting those 2 ponies.

The only flea market finds I´ve done was three brides and one Baby Quackers. I suppose those old plastic horses always get snagged by little girls, even if they hardly know what a G1 is ... hey, they´re cute, pink equines! What more can a girl ask for?

Wasn't born yet when they were out. And my mom was too old at the time to collect them, or she probably would have - she was gung ho over Barbies, and loved toy horses. My older brother was a baby when they were reaching their end. Maybe I have an older cousin or young aunt or something that can help me out... But yah - I was born in '91, and for some reason I never knew the G2s existed. I'm positive I watched Tales some, which is puzzling since from what I've heard it was no longer running - at least in the US - by the time I was capable of consciously watching something. But I never associated the characters on the show with an actual toy line. The reason I started getting myself G3s was because a cousin my age had had some chubby ponies that I think were MLPs(now I wonder if they were G1 hand-me-downs - I know she wouldn't still want them so maybe I can have them next time I see her!). I'd always liked them and wanted them but had too much pride to actually ask for them. So when the G3s hit stores I just plain and simple started buying them. ;D

Aww, you poor thing. Well, my older sister(who is now 19) had one G1 pony. It was Spunky, the pony friend. She never got anymore. And now I sort of wish she did, because then she'd hand them on to me. But Spunky was her only G1. And when I started collecting MLPs(which was in 1998, I collected the G2s, which is my FAVORITE generation!!!!! ;D), she gave me Spunky. At first I wasn't sure if she was MLP or not. I thought she was a fakie, but I saw on the bottom of one of her hooves it said Hasbro. So I thought that maybe she was a MLP, but she was a camel, so I thought that maybe she belonged to another line made by Hasbro. Little did I know she was MLP.......... Anyway, as a child(well, when I was 9 years old, in 1999), I had 18 ponies total. 17 G2s, 1 G1. When I was 12, I got back into MLP, and I found out who Spunky was! I was so glad I found out that she was MLP. ^^ So anyway, I went on Ebay and found TONS of them for sale!!! O.O I asked if I could buy one, and my parents said I could, but only one! So, I searched and searched for one I wanted, and I got sidetracked by a lot of 3 G2s! Sweetberry, BS Lightheart, and Moonshadow(course, I already had Moonshadow XD) But oh well. My parents let me get the lot. And 2 months later(yea, took a while, huh? ) I finally received them. Sweetberry is my favorite G2 pony! ;D So, then before Christmas 2002, my mom said I could get some ponies off Ebay for Xmas. Sooo, I went on Ebay and won Up Up and Away, Lickety Split, and Gusty! I also received an extra Lickety Split from my aunt on Xmas Eve. She is my first custom pony, Valentine! ^^ My mom said I could have one of them early, and I chose Up Up and Away, so she's pretty special in my herd because she was my first actual G1. I love her so much! She is one of my favorites in my herd! ^^ I also treasure Lickety Split and Gusty as well! Then for my birthday I got NSS Shady, Baby Surprise, Surprise, Firefly, Rosedust, and Starglow. So now I had 11 G1s total. And I had about 31 ponies! Ok, I think that's enough of my pony collecting story, it's probably boring all of you! But if you want to hear more, than please say so and I'll post the rest of my pony collecting story! ^^

Hmm...you know what's wierd? I remember seeing that one Tales show where one of the main characters(was it Starlight? Or maybe Bright Eyes?) goes to live with some tropical ponies on another island. You know - she's all nervous around them and stuff - the anti-prejudice episode. But I also remember that one about the peguin king and his son, freezing the son's friend, etc. And the one where the ponies were captured and their hair was harvested to make clothes or some such thing. I'd always assumed they were Tales episodes, since that was the one I watched regularly(I can only confirm this because I listened to the theme song online and it matches up with the one in my memory ). But I read more into the shows and I think those were both from the MLP and Friends series. I was only slightly sure that by the time I was regularly watching shows the Tales one was off the air, but I'm pretty sure they'd cancelled the MLP and Friends series before I was born! Does anyone know of the dates? I know when I watched Tales it was when they were airing it on the Disney Channel. And wasn't Friends the one that was more similar to the time of the Movie and stuff - that had magic and Tales didn't? Anyhow, my memory and what I've found out recently are all jumbled together into a big mess. Help would be greatly appreciated.

Ah - so that's why I remember from two different series - they both aired on Disney Channel! Now if I only knew when they ended... Thanks though - that cleared a lot up and confirmed what I'd seen. I'm surprised I didn't see that before - I even have DV on my favorites!
