You know what the sad thing is? I would have brushed their hair, cleaned them off, and said they were still beautiful. Except Baby Moondancer. I would at least try to get her some new hair...

Don´t be sad, ponies. I´ve got lots of lovely syntetic hair... I get your ponit. But yay, customizing is fun. Poor Moondancer, though The description says that Moondancer´s got a hole in her jaw.

Hehe, I remember in the movie how Baby Lofty is a unicorn. ^^ Poor Baby Moondancer. Good thing mine is near mint, and mine even came with her wittle pink baby necklace!!! ;D *huggles her Baby Moondancer* I remember I got her with BBE Baby Half Note, Half Note came with her tutu! ^^ Hehehe. But your Lemon Drop looks nice. Doesn't seem to have any hair plugs missing or any hair cuts, perhaps if you find her a tail........... Then she'd be as good as new! And as for Majesty, yours looks pretty good. Except for that bad hair cut she's got! Maybe you could work something out with her hair and make her a boy. XD And if she had a new tail...... But anyway, I hope you have lots of fun customizing them!

Why do kids butcher their toys in such ways? The toys from my younger days are all in near-mint, or at least decent, condition. My parents always taught me to take care of my stuff. I just can't imagine taking scissors to the hair of my dolls. *shudders* My cousin did stuff like that though. She totally abused her Barbies, and once I was playing with one and saw she'd drawn a scar on its leg. I asked about it and she shoved it headfirst into a box saying, "Oh - don't let my mom see that. It was an expensive one from a magazine." Kinda creepy, if you ask me. Even if kids don't feel guilty causing permanent changes to their toys, who would want to play with an ugly Barbie? I'll never get how she even thought to draw a scar on a doll's leg with Sharpie. Moh well. Maybe it's just me.

Strange if you ask me. But when I was 8, I accidentally cut my Ivy's hair! I really didn't mean to do it! Now her hair's very short! *sigh* Oh well. She does look cute, though! ^^

Just curious...how do you "accidentally" cut a pony's hair? ?I mean...did your scissors slip or something? Sorry - just wondering.

If only I'd collected ponies...it was Barbies and Grand Champions for me. But then, I didn't even really know ponies existed, so it was hardly my fault. So here I am, a teenager buying ponies and making up for lost time.
