We've probably for the most part already heard that the MLP G3 line is confirmed through 2006. But we don't have it confirmed any farther. And am I the only one a tad...uneasy about the fact that one of the new "Perfectly Ponies" is called " Grand Finale"? What if that's the last one they release? Now not even the promise of unicorns, a movie, and an "Island Treasure" video can keep me happy. But I also heard that Hasbro is pretty set against making boy ponies or sea ponies and flutters. But if they marketed the boy ponies as being "dates to the valentine ball" or in wedding sets they would be bound to sell! And flutters - sure there was the talk of less play value with "fragile"(more like easily-lost ) wings, but they will be sorely missed. But NO SEA PONIES?! I'm not saying I'd enjoy those over others that could be made(flutters would be so much cooler - no question), but I can't believe the marketing value Hasbro is turning down by not making those! Do they have any idea how well bath toys sell? They could just slap some color-changing in warm/cool water hair on, sell with inflatable something-or-others, and they'd fly off the shelves! Still, I'm excited about those baby pony singles at Target I've been hearing about - gotta get there tomorrow, it's nacho day* anyway. Finally they're sold alone! With adorable wittle hats no less! ;D And I've gotta nag until someone takes me to K-Mart and Walmart("K-Mart rips you off" and we never shop at Walmart - this'll be a tad difficult). Birth stone ponies and maybe a Tobe and Lickity! Oh joy! *Nacho day is Wednesday - my bro gets off school later than me so before we go to pick him up my mom and I go to Target and get nachos, the best food known to man!

That´s so sad! I can´t believe that the next generations will not be able to enjoy the magical world of My Little Pony... However, we´ve had a good time, and I hope that they will keep the promise about the unicorns. I do not have the feeling that the flutters belong to this new Pony era, but a few boys... And the seaponies would look abdoreable in G3 style! Grand Finle...I´d hoped that the G3 line would continue at least as long as the G1 one did. G3 is my favourite generation now! That´s just so sad. Was´nt the making of G3 such a big sucess that Hasbro had hoped? Sigh...

Hasbro isn't clever enough to make "Grand Finale" their final pony to hit shelves, so I wouldn't worry about it.
I would love to see a seapony or twelve, but I want need a pegasus more! And I don't mind that there are no stallions, cause half my herd is already gender-crossed anyways. Some of them just *look* male. *shrugs*

Actually, Becka´s right - Hasbro´s stupid. By the way, the names that are trademarked can mean whatever...such as cuite mark, rainbowberry, and dream design... :/ EDIT: Oh, and how come you need more pegasus? ...I mean, it would be great. But it´s quite sure that the Dream Design and cocunut-themed ones are goning to join the line? Ah...it does´nt matter that much, if only there will be a unicorn.

And I don't mind that there are no stallions, cause half my herd is already gender-crossed anyways. Some of them just *look* male. *shrugs* True - and if they did try the whole "Grand Finale - this is the last pony that will ever be made" thing it would probably be like the Ty "The End" ploy with the Beanies. Then they changed the tag design and came out with "all-new" ones, that somehow were supposed to technically not be the same. Consequently, when I picture Grand Finale I think of a black pony with a fireworks symbol - The End was a beanie bear that was black, with fireworks on his chest. Still, if Grand Finale was black, that'd be awesome... Can't wait for pegs! They're so awesome! I'm not exactly desperate for sea ponies - in my opinion flutters are way cooler. I'm just frustrated at how well they would sell, and Hasbro's just not making them cause they're being all bratty and they want to make the G3 line "stand apart"(yeah right - there were a certain few ice cream ponies with 3-D symbols and scents, and with those it was even combined... ). Some Hasbros, like Peri and in my opinion Bow Tie and that Sew-and-So that came with Tink and Keen Bean, can be nothing but male. So I'm fine there. Right now I'm most looking forward to those individual babies Penny Candy and Butter Drop, and unicorns - mostly unicorns! ;D

Aww, gee. My Little Pony....leave us? This just cannot be true! But then again, maybe they will last as long as the G1s did........ And yes, I can't wait for unicorns either! But it would be nice to see boy ponies! ;D Darn, oh well. And yes, there are some G3s that look like boys. Wisha Whirl(duh!), Sunny Daze II, Keen Bean, Starbeam, etc...... Awww, no sea ponies? Well, that just stinks! I like the sea ponies. And I absolutely LOVE the flutters! I WANT MORE FLUTTERS!!!!!!!!!!! XDDD *sigh* oh well. I'm happy with the G1 flutters! *huggles her 4 flutter ponies* ;D

I also love the Flutters, but I get the certain feeling that...well, the lines are just meant to stand apart. G3 is a new concept, yet the old onen the same... But to me it feels like two different pony universes.

Oh, I forgot:
I could´nt help thinking of a black and white "final" pony. Altrough, I imagen that if there would be a Grand Final, she would be the most beautiful out of all ponies...a unicorn with a unique colorscheme, in a pose of triumph. A pony that you feel is whispering: "I´m the last one".

If Grand Finale is the final pony she will probably be an annoyingly bright pink with multi-shaded pink and purple hair, and a purple symbol. You know, just to embody everything that MLP stands for

If there will be a last-ever G3 it'll probably be a special-edition Pinkie Pie. Except maybe the balloons would be black - that would kinda almost slightly make up for it. ;D

Yes, I like pink, too. But Pinkie Pie was over doing the pink. Though Lickety Split is one of my favorites, and she's nothing but pink and purple! XD But at least she's a pretty pink!

One pink pony I could handle. And purple's awesome. Pink with like green/blue hair is nice too. But there are way too many pink and purple ponies. I mean, how many are there that are purple with pink and/or purple manes and pink with purple and/or pink manes? It's insane. At first it was like, oooh - cool. But now it's like, okay...and how is this different from all the other ponies with identical color schemes? I think one of my fav pinks was Wind Wisher though(*recieves glare from Wing Song* oh yeah - and her too, of course ). You know - the Toys 'R' Us exclusive with the Evening Wear? Pink with green and purple hair...somehow I get wierd salmon vibes from her, but it's okay - I like salmon!

Mmmm, yes, pink and green, my 2 favorite colors, besides purple, blue, and orange. One of my favorite pink and green ponies is Wave Runner. She is just so beautiful, her colors go very well together. She is my favorite G1. Besides Whizzer and Lickety Split. ;D Ahhh, Whizzer. I just love her! Her colors, her personality on the show, just everything about her!
