In the bushes on the far side of the castle, Silverfall paused, turning back to Silver Shadow. "My aura will protect us," she said, "from the eyes of the evils. Now it is up to you and your friends to get us in."

Silver Shadow nodded. He looked around for them, but they didn't seem to be around. A little grey gnome came up to Silver Shadow and waved. Silver Shadow smiled. "Found one of them at least." Where are the others? The gnome, still smiling, pointed at a a strange group of trees nearby and then pointed at Silver Shadow before nodding three times. The unicorn nodded and turned to Silverfall.
"Silverfall is those trees over there? Apparently, that is were my friends are and that is were we have to go..." He knelt down and allowed the gnome to climb up onto his back. The gnome started jumping up and down while pointing at the trees. Sit still and hold tight. The gnome grinned and sat still. Smiling slightly, the unicorn wrapped his aura tightly around him for the sake of a habit.
"Ready? Lets go." He suddenly dashed off in the direction of the trees with great speed, not stopping once for the little gnome who was clinging onto the unicorn's mane. Once in the trees he hind there quietly waiting for Silverfall and called out to the elemental spirits.

She came up quickly behind him.

He glanced back to her and continued to go deeper into the 'forest' until they came to the center. The gnome sat still for a moment before he jumped off Silver Shadow's back and raced off to a strange old tree which happened to be closest to them. As he walked up to the tree, it became alive with sylphs, sprites and gnomes. The dark silver was there with the pale-gold who grinned at Silver Shadow before coming down to meet him. Where is the passage way? He asked the sylph. The little creature turned and pointed at the tree's base. Move the earth. the sylph said.
Smiling, the unicorn pointed his green glowing horn at the base of the tree while chanting in the language known only to himself. The earth trembled slightly as the vegetation near the tree's moved aside. The tree began to hoist itself up on its roots and the earth below it began to desend until an opening appeared where Silver Shadow's horn pointed. The elementals went crazy and the majority of them rushed into the tunnel. "Come'on. We must get inside before everything falls back into place." He rushed in, followed closely by the pale-gold and the dark silver sylphs. The two silvery females waited for Silverfall, while admiring her silver coat.
When Silver Shadow was making his way down the tunnel, guided by the light the sylphs gave off, he realised he was going down stone steps. He stopped and looked back at the opening. "Wait up. We have to wait for Silverfall." He called out to the elementals. Two thirds of them stopped. The rest continued.
((occ: sorry I'm kinda of pushing you along rather quickly.))

(OOC: No problem.)
Silverfall jumped quickly down the steps. "Good, now that we're in, I need you to make that doorway so it can be triggered to open from this side, but only by the command of one of your friends. I trust you have a ready, brave one for the job? One who knows good from evil?"

Silver Shadow nodded. "They all know because they can see the auras and hearts of others. They don't approach those with black hearts." He said while going down the steps.
Once they reached the bottom of the flight, he looked both ways of the tunnel. "Its kind of dark in here..." He said to no one in particular. Upon hearing this, a the unlighted torchs on the wall lighted up. A pair of salamanders danced around in each flame. Silver Shadow looked again. "I think this is a bolthole. We went in a secret route which leads to another. One end leads to the castle and the other?" He looked at the dark silver who nodded solemnly. Outer Edges, but the ending is kind of blocked. There are other secret sort cuts to this bolthole, but this one's the safest. "... Outer Egdes?...Pity." He looked up at the pale-gold. Can you do as Silverfall asked? The sylph nodded.
Which way to the castle? The unicorn asked. The elementals quickly pointed left before racing off in that direction. Silver Shadow followed them quickly. "Silverfall." He called to her. "Which part of the castle would you prefer to go to?"

"To the throne room," Silverfall said. "I have a plan. I'm not sure if it will be of any use, but consider it a backup."
Pushing Silver Shadow a few steps down the corridor, Silverfall turned back the way they had come. Chanting, she drummed the earth with her hooves and called up a dark shadow with an iridescent violet glow. It blocked the way from floor to ceiling.
Leaning against the wall, Silverfall began to gasp as a pain fluttered in her chest. "Didn't know it would be quite so painful." A moment passed, as did the spasm.
Looking at Shadow's bewildered look, she said, "It's a shadow wall, built of the dark elements. It is attuned to the violet band and can only be broken by the violet band. No other pony of darkness nor any of their minions can walk through it until it is broken, though the powers of the band might pass through. I will leave six more along the path, one for each color. It may be of some use to you as the fighting grows worse. You can help the innocents escape. It may buy you some time."

Silver Shadow watched with interest as Silverfall conjured a dark shadow. He looked around to see that most of the elementals had scattered, knowing who she was now, but the brave ones remained by Silver Shadow.
When she started gasping, Silver Shadow felt deep concern for her. "Are you sure you will be alright, summoning more of those? I don't want you to tire yourself out. It could make things more dangerous for you, even if you are a Darklander."
He looked at the shadow wall. "Dark elements huh." He didn't know much about dark elements. He turned to see the shocked dark silver sylph nearby. Show us the way to the Throne Room The sylph grinnned and rubbed his hands. There are several ways you can get to the throne room, but I'll show you the quickest. Big battle happening... The sylph lead the way slowly. Silver Shadow nodded and they followed the sylph though more tunnels and corridors. "By the way, Silverfall, I will also be fighting this battle. I have never been in a fight, but I want to know what it is like."

"No, I am not yet skilled enough to perform such magick. It will quickly devour my heart and leave me prey to the corruption. That is the price. But this I must do. It is the only way."
"Yes, the wall is a defense mechanism used by the dark to keep out other darks. We prey easily on each other and are too haughty to fear others. That is why you can walk through it. You might feel the tendrils of power clinging to you, but no more than a fragile spider's web. It is not ideal, but the only thing I can do. You might not even use it, but..."
She wouldn't say more on it.
"Indeed, you will fight. Fight hard, too. You have immense strength and power. And you will be needed far more than I in the coming battle. There will be little I can do against the dark... save this." She paused up the tunnel, turned and again raised the shadow wall. This time in indigo.
And so it would continue (ooc: cuz I want to get to the throne room soon) that Silverfall would stop, turn, and cast another shadow wall--blue, then green, yellow, orange, and finally red. Each time she suffered the seizure of the dark magic. And they waited for her to regain her strength before moving on.
(OOC: Pop us out somewhere?)

((occ: we'll go see Razz if you want))
"There can be other ways..." He said softly. Silver Shadow's worry for Silverfall deepened and began to pain him which left him shake terribly every now and then while she performed the enchantment and then suffer after. He couldn't believe she was doing this to herself and it killed him to see another suffer and him not being able to help. He wanted to stop her from performing, but he didn't want to make her angry. The few elementals with him sensed it and looked at him and Silverfall with sad faces.
"I may end up using it," He said quickly. And I don't want you efforts wasted... "I just don't have much knowledge of the Dark Elements. But I will learn more in time..." He turned to look at her in the eye, his silver eyes full of worry. "You say they won't need you in battle. If this is true, then do me a favour. I want you to rest or help those who are able to escape and don't tire yourself out. Try not to perform any more powerful or dangerous spells that would put you in danger of anything. Please can you do that for me..." His voice trailed off and became silent. He turned away and looked ahead of him.
After some time they all went up a flight of stairs which came to a room with five staircases leading in different directions. Silver Shadow cased the dark silver sylph a glance. Go straight and you will find another room with a forked tunnels. Left to the throne room; right to another... The sylph thought out.
Silver Shadow nodded and they all went up the middle flight of stairs which came to the parting of tunnels. They could just hear the noises of a battle in the left passage. The right passage leads to a room full of sleeping ponies by the way. a gnome said out for once. Silver Shadow nodded and turned to Silverfall. "Left leads to the throne room, Right leads to a room of 'sleeping' ponies. ((re: for unconcious ponies)) I think it would be best if we took the right passage, but you can decide on this one. Which one do you want to go though? Left or Right?" He asked, but to him, it didn't matter which one she did choose because he would follow her.
((occ: I've given you two choices and Silverfall's got the plan. You can choose which one you want to go through.))

Silverfall smiled gently, deeply grateful for his concern. She bent to her knees to rest momentarily.
"I will tell you what I know of the Dark," she finally said. "It is the deepest magick, the magic that created the world out of nothingness. It is raw power, and desired by many, but a power so strong that not even the gods can sustain it let alone mere mortals. There are those who have tried and failed, failed miserably, though sometimes they know not that they have failed. This gives birth to evil. The dark feeds on its energies to its own ends; consumes evil because it owns it. The cycle continues. Evil's endless quest is all for naught. Sooner or later, the darkness takes us all."
(OOC: Of course, being a Darklander, this is what she's been taught to believe since she was very young.)
"Mastering any part of the dark requires patience and great skill. Seek the mysteries too soon and it will corrupt you, turning you into the evil you will soon fight. Once you go down that road, there is no coming back. You will be owned by the dark. It will feed off your energy until it destroys you. But used wisely and in small course..." she did not finish, but she rose to her feet, ready to continue.
"I promise to do what I can," Silverfall said.
She hesitated at the sound of the battle. She seemed to wilt. Then she nodded toward the "sleeping ponies" and indicated they would go that way.

Silver Shadow listened carefully to what Silverfall said, taking in mental notes that would help him memorise what she told him. He didn't say anything or ask anything afterwards, but his head was full of question and wonder.
"Thankyou..." He said quietly.
Silver Shadow glanced at Silverfall, grateful that she didn't want to go to the battle scene at that moment. The elementals all smiled at the idea too, and they lead them through the right passage way. After sometime they came to dead end. Silver Shadow looked up at the dark silver sylph who grinned. Can't you see it? Feel for it, it shouldn't be hard... Frowning, the dark purple unicorn placed his front hooves on the wall, 'feeling' for whatever the sylph could see. He pushed the wall after sometime of searching and realised it moved out a bit. "Is it a door or something?" he asked when he realised that the wall, which he assumed was made of brick, was made of a strange type of wood, but was cleverly disguised as the surrounding wall. The elementals nodded delightfully. With another push, the door opened a bit more which allowed Silver Shadow to slip through. The door was no doubt behind a tapestry, but that was no trouble. Letting Silverfall and few other elemental creatures through the 'door', Silver Shadow closed the 'door' behind him, which blended back into the wall making it practically invisible.
"Don't worry." He said to Silverfall. "We can't see it and I doubt we will find it again by the pushing method, but the elementals will open it for us when we need it. Lets see the room. The ponies are sleeping anyway... apparently." Silver Shadow crept out from behind the tapestry to check out the room.
