Angel and Dazzle Surprise were watching the two ponies who had just kissed. "I wish Orion and I could kiss like that." Angel whispered partly to herself. Dazzle Surprise looked at Angel. "Who's Orion?" She asked her. Angel looked up at Dazzle. "Oh, I met him in the Cafe. He's really nice and sweet. He's cute, too." Angel explained. "I like him." Dazzle Surprise smiled. "Ooo, you found a boyfriend, eh?" She said. Angel laughed a little. "Well, we're not officially going out yet. I think he already has a girlfriend." Angel said, frowning a little. Dazzle Surprise blinked. "Oh." She said. "Well, don't worry. I'm sure someday you'll find someone." She said softly.

willow blushed deeply as soon as she realised it wasnt ice...
"mmmmerrr.. Im soo sorry!!" she stood up bowing regrets to the random stranger she had just sucked face with.
"I mean, thats not to say the kiss was bad or anything.. quite the opposite really.. but ehh" Willow looked shifty -eyed from one pony to the other. the past days had been like a roller coaster ride it seemed like she had 360'ed from drunken depressed to drunken horny.
She stared blankly not knowing what to think.

Kira smiled as wisps of white snowflakes scurried across her nose. She could feel the holiday spirit surround her as she strolled the streets with kimono at her side.
"would you like to stop for some spiced rum?" kira asked as she turned to kimono.

Peri's flustered face began to deminish as the awquardness of the other began to show. He realized that Willow had seemed to have made a complete turn around of her demenour from the moment ago. This made his earlier concern subside. "Well, uh, thanks, I guess. A lot of my co-workers tell me that sometimes," he half chuckled, "I should explain, I'm an actor."
Then her ice comment had finally hit him. "Oh! Ice! You mean my eye," he said pointing to the left one, "I'd take it out to show you, but foals are present."

Angel looked up at Dazzle Surprise. "I hope so." She said. She sighed. Dazzle Surprise smiled. "Why don't we go see how Mainsail's doing?" She said. Angel smiled. "Ok." She said. Her and Dazzle Surprise left to go find Mainsail.

Mainsail was sleeping on the grass with her newborn baby when Dazzle Surprise and Angel arrived. Mainsail woke up and looked at them. "Oh, well, hello." She said. Angel and Dazzle Surprise smiled. "Hello, is everything ok?" Dazzle Surprise asked. Mainsail smiled. "Everything is fine." She said. Angel walked over to Baby Sea Spray. "Has she opened her eyes yet?" She asked. Mainsail shook her head. "I don't think so. I hope she does soon, though." She said. Angel nodded. Dazzle Surprise sta down in the grass. "Well, what should we do?" She asked them. Angel blinked. "Hmmm, I don't know." She said. She sat down in the grass next to Dazzle Surprise.

"Actually, I think she may be referring to... someone of her past," Jewel suggested gently, giving Peri a look of not a good topic with a kind smile.
"Willow," Jewel addressed her friend, "I think it's about time we got you home." She turned to look at Peri, and just then, there was a little screech as a small silvery-gray birdlike creature glided down from above the rooftops to land a little awkwardly on Jewel's back. She winced as his claws grabbed onto her to balance himself. He then walked up her neck until his front talons were just between the pegasus' ears. He cocked his head at Peri and chirped. Jewel's eyes rolled back as she tried to look up at him, "Little one, off my head!" She laughed.

"Ice" willow called out in a distant voice staring at Peri with tear stained eyes.
Her stare was broken by the commotion of jewel and a random bird perched atop her head.
Willow's reactions were slow so she had not really recognized it was a bird untill moments later when she saw the whites of its eyes.
Somthing had taken over willow almost possesively.
She then began to speak slowly at first "A Gryffon.. omen of charm and unseen future." she sat up- robot like- and trotted over to the birdlike creature and stuck out a foreleg as a perch to the creature.

"Oh my.." Jewel glanced from Willow to Peri, "I think she's delirious." The pegasus looked her friend straight in the eye and told her in a half whisper, "Willow, Ice is gone. He has been for a long time now. You know that."
Amr, the young griffin atop Jewel's head, had crawled back down to the base of her neck, where he peeked from between her golden wings. As Willow came closer, he regarded her with curiosity. He emitted a small chirp, but stayed where he was.
Jewel tried to think of something to tell Peri, who had been forced to be involved in all this, but she couldn't bring herself to even barely fib to him. I guess that's what I get for taking care of a griffin... bound to the truth she sighed.

Mainsail got up. "Well, I think we should go home now." She said. Angel and Dazzle Surprise nodded. "Come on, little one." Mainsail said. Angel walked over to Baby Sea Spray and put her on Mainsail's back. "There you go, little one." She said. Mainsail smiled. "Thanks." She said. Dazzle Surprise and Angel smiled. "Ok, lets go." Dazzle Surprise said. All three of them headed towards the neighborhood.

Someone of her past...? It didn't quite dawn on the stallion at first, but as it sunk in, a murmur escaped his mother of realization. Instantly he made not to not mention the word in the presence of the emotionally drained mare.
The griffin had chirped at Peri, and he had given a startled jump back in surprise. Adjusting his faux fur trimmed hat, he dared to step closer in inspection. "I'll be...," he murmured softly, trailing off the finish. "What an oddity."
His state of awe was not to last long, however. Willow's own interpretation of the creature had caught his attention. Peri wasn't quite sure whether or not to take it for Willow just being drunk, or if it went deeper than that. She'd certainly seemed to not realize that he was representing Merry Treats. Could it have been that she was misinformed of the holiday...?
Nah, she's drunk. There's no other explanation.
He trotted after Willow as she approached Jewel for further inspection of Amr. He watched her wearily, glancing back from either mare with concern. "I think so...," he agreed softly with the yellow peg, "I, uh, does she have a place to crash, or someone to get her home?"

Rose strained her neck, trying to look over the crowd to spot Jewel. When it didn't help, she raised on her back legs for a moment...however, it was still a tough objective to accomplish with holding Tsuwari and trying to see. After several tries, her ears folded back and she's snorted in minor annoyance. She didn't just want to leave without knowing or making sure that everyone else was well, but Tsuwari really needed to get to sleep. Frowning, she looked to her parents for help. Both agreed to stay a little while longer to make sure everyone was all right, while Rose could take Tsuwari home for the night.
(Rose con. at her house, whether be it from the jump, or for the last remaining posts of the holidays. Also: unless Dark posts, Brigid will have made the jump. I don't think others will interact with Rose's parents, so they'll just be here.)

Jewel's ears flicked back for a moment as the stallion stepped closer. He didn't seem threatening, or even carry bad energy, but the pegasus was wary all the same. After all, her characteristics were among the most innate of equines: she startled easily, and wasn't quick to trust others. "His name is Amr," She said softly, remaining friendly.
The young griffin continued to look at Peri curiously, with big amber eyes. His silvery feathers seem to shine under the festival lights.
"I'll take her home with me," Jewel said, not about to trust her best friend to a stranger. A nice one, albiet, but a stranger nonetheless. "...make sure she gets to sleep, and is feeling.. well.. as well as she can after such an intoxicated evening," She laughed good-naturedly.

Hearing that Jewel had Willow covered was good news to Peri. He wasn't one to enjoy taking care of drunken ponies, he learned that lesson the last time his co-workers invited him for a drink. Let alone, Peri wasn't one to take home mares he barely know. And besides, if he did take her back to the nursery, what would he be able to do without potentially scarring the foals there for life anyway? Oh no, Jewel was lifting a heavy load off his shoulders by taking charge of the drunk mare.
"Good, I'm glad to see she'll have a watchfull eye on her.," he said in response to her plans.

"Come on, Willow..." Jewel let her friend lean against her for balance.
She turned toward Peri, "I'm so sorry about this whole incident.. it was nice meeting you," Purple eyes sparkled for a second as she smiled at the stallion. Amr took flight and kept above the rooftops. Jewel then turned and led Willow, slowly, back to her home in the woods.

Peri nodded his head in agreement, "Likewise." Although, he would've wished on better circumstances. He gave one last curious look as the duo left, albiet one staggering more than the other. The stallion stood just a moment more, more or less just taking in the events that happened so fast. Putting all of it behind him, and hoping the best for the two, Peri put on his fake visage of Merry Treats and continued to please the little ones.
(Peri will probably be ready for a jump now too.)
