"Hmm... I guess all you could do was go with the flow." Leaning her head against her hoof, she twirled her straw around in the cup of lemonade.
Looking back up at Dash, she smiled softly. Yeah... she didn't quite understand it all.
"Mmhmm." A more cheerful smile. "Cozy and friendly."
At the sound of Drummer's voice, she looked up and smiled brightly. "Tristan managed to hold my attention, well enough."
Glancing at Dash out of the corner of her eye, she winked.

Drummer noticed how her face lit up when she heard his voice and it thrilled him, but he tried not to let it show.
"I can imagine Tristan is an interesting guy. He probably makes an evening with me seem...well...dull." he laughed a little, but he imagined that wasn't too far from the truth. He spun around very quickly and opened the cooler. He grabbed a little something and turned back around.
"Here you go...a little something sweet." He placed a slice of chocolate cheesecake in front of her. "My treat." He winked.

Dash nodded a greeting. "Drummer," he said with a smile, then turned back to his soy milk as Dallas and Drummer talked. Not eavesdropping, he thought with an inward grin. Perish the thought.
He nearly choked at Dallas' comment. I wonder how much he told her...well...no on second thought, I don't want to know!
Shaking his head, he quickly finished the rest of his soy milk and decided to leave them to it. "I should get going," he said graciously, plopping enough money down on the counter to cover his drink. "I do have a business to run, after all." He grinned and rolled his eyes. "Nice meeting you, Dallas...stop by the store some time and tell Tristan I said hi if you see him before I do. Drummer, see you around." He gave the other stallion a little wink, gave them both a cheery wave, then turned with a swish of his tri-colored tail and headed for the door.

Drummer looked over at Dash. "Take it easy man, " he said casually, as the light blue stallion left.
He then turned his attention back to Dallas.

"Eh... I'm used to Tristan's quirky behavior by now." She chuckled.
Dallas looked up at Drummer as he set down the piece of cake and just shook her head. "You're somethin' else, you know that?" Taking a bite of the cake, she grinned. "You're going to end up spoiling me if you keep this up..."
Dash's reaction to her comment brought a smirk to her face. Bi-colored eyes watched the stallion move with a mix of amusement and kindness. "Don't worry Dash, I will." She gave him one of her million dollar smiles as he left.
Turning back to Drummer, she wiggled an eyebrow. "Now we're all alone." A pause. "If you ignore everyone else, that is..." She couldn't help but to laugh softly at that.

Drummer just laughed and placed a glass of milk beside her plate.
"Here...have some milk. Lemonade and chocolate cheesecake don't mix!!" he said. "You don't mind if I spoil ya a little, do you?"
He laughed at her statement. "I can't ignore everybody else...I work here, but beleive me, I'll give you my undivided attention later. How's that?"

"No, no they don't." Dallas crinkled up her nose as she pushed the lemonade a little ways away from her.
Looking back up at Drummer, she smiled. "Nah. I'm just not used to it."
His next comment made her smile even more. "Undivided attention, eh? I think I can deal with that."
Bi-colored eyes went wide. "Oh! I almost forgot..." She tossed a yellow business envelope onto the counter. Inside was the contract she had just signed. Granting her the right to own a vacant building not too far down the road.

"Well, you better get used to it if you plan on hanging out with me.!" he grinned playfully.
"What's this?" he said, more to himself than to her, as he opened the envelope. He took a minute to look at the papers. His eyes widened as he read.
"Wow! Congratulations! You'll make quite the business woman!" he leaned over the counter and gave her a quick kiss on the cheek. It was meant as a casual gesture, but his lips tingled the second they touched her warm fur. He blushed just a bit as leaned back. "That's so great! Now you can be my Sugar mama!" he laughed.

Dallas watched Drummer with anticipation as he read over the contract. His reaction was more than a pleasant treat.
"Why Drummer, you do realize that quite a few of your customers witness that... Right?" She gave him a seductive, yet playful, smirk.
"As soon as I get all of my orders in, your sugar mama will be able to supply you with all of your musical needs." Nothing could top that sentence better than a cheesy smile. Which she, of course, threw in at the end.

He laughed at her cheesy grin. He didn't care if anybody saw him. He was more than willing to let people know he was interested in her.
"It's no big deal. After all, Ponyville is known for it's friendly citizens!" he quipped.
"So, when do you open your shop? I can get some time off here and help you set up if you want!" he offered.
Just then, he noticed she was wearing the comb he had given her and a little tingle ran down his spine. He grinned a little wider.

Dallas laughed. That was true... people did seem friendly around here.
"Well.... I'd like to start renovating it either later today or tomorrow morning. I have to send in all of the order forms tonight, though." She smiled. Being a business entrepreneur had always been an interest of hers. And now she could finally explore it.
[OOC: lol I'm waiting for the time when I slip and post as someone else. ^^;;;]

Drummer was happy for Dallas. She seemed so excited about the idea of owning her own business. He made a mental note to make sure he was her first customer.
"You know, I've been wanting a new drum set. Maybe you could help me out in that department." he said in a very business like tone, then relaxed a bit and smiled.
"But seriously, I'm at your disposal. I know Candy would let me off. She's got plenty of help around here. Just say the word and I'm all yours." he raised an eyebrow and hoped she'd caught the hidden meaning in his words.

She smiled. "That shouldn't be a problem." She might not have been able to play more than a couple of instruments, but she knew more than enough about them.
"All mine, eh?" Dallas leaned forward and spoke quietly. "I think I could get used to that."

"Really? Could you?" he asked, smiling a sultry smile. He was glad she said that, because he had every intention of making her his. (In a healthy, non-psycho way).
"What are you doing tonight. Got any plans yet?" he asked, changing the subject.
