(ooc: Time warp for Treat. Whoa, did I ever pick the wrong night to be busy ) Treat stumbled downstairs, a little bit stiff from sleeping on the floor of Swirl's room. It had been such a long day that it seemed like a good idea at the time. He bleary eyed the kitchen, wondering what to do. When he'd jokingly told Swirl that he'd make pancakes in the morning she'd said "Don't you dare, that's Razz's job. His are better, anyway." He stumbled around and tried to very quietly make himself some coffee. Ok...a lot of coffee. He finally settled on making a hot apple and blueberry dish (it had never really occured to him NOT to bake something). It was like pie filling without the pie. He figured it would go with pancakes if Razz decided to make them. Treat kinda figured Razz would have more then breakfast on his mind, but maybe he was the sort of guy to focus on doing happier things. He filled up a baking pan, but decided to wait until more ponies were awake before popping it in. He settled in and sucked down his coffee. Today was going ot be a long day, too.

When Razz woke up, he was still sitting by the door. His back ached, his head ached, and most of all his heart ached, too. Sliding down off the door, he spraweled out on the floor for a moment as he tried to stretch out his kinks. He had just about resolved to fall asleep again when he started to remember all the stuff that had happened yesterday.
Gotta get up.
He slowly rose to his feet and walked over to the bed where Sky Feathers was sleeping. He tucked the covers around her, since she was still fast asleep.
Approaching the door, he hesitated. Slowly, he opened it and looked cautiously around. Kail's door was still closed. He walked softly into the hall, listening as he came up to it. He didn't hear anything, so turned away and quietly descended the stairs. Of course, it wasn't that quiet since the stairs had a bit of a squeak. He came into the main area, where ponies were sleeping on cots, and looked around at them. No sign of Kail.
Phew! His cheeks began to color.
Then he walked into the kitchen, startling a bit when he saw Treat. After an awkward moment of silence, he said, "Hullo." He walked over to the cupboard to get himself a cup.

"Hey Razz. Uhm...it's good to see you." Treat smiled thoughtfully. What should he say? He didn't want to be overly comforting, since he know darn well that everything was not ok, and a therethere and a pat on the back wouldn't help. Besides, Kail liked this guy and TT was determined to get to know him.
"Have a seat?" Treat pointed to a chair. "You look like you slept about as comfortably as I did, which is to say not very."

Razz nodded, stretching his back again. He made himself a cup of tea and then sat down at the table with Treat. He didn't say much at first. He was thinking about all the things he had to do that day, like check out the damage to the shop. He'd have to call the insurance ponies, too. At least he had insurance this time.
"I slept on the floor," he finally said, in a somewhat detached manner.
(Edit: *chuckles because there are advertisements for pancakes at the top of this thread*)

Whisperwind was still sleeping peacefully. She laid in a strange way, just like she always did, talking in her sleep. "I have´nt got any green friends..." Yeah. Little Whisper could´nt even shut her mounth while asleep. ((Yeah, you´ll have to wake her up, I guess. That 'green friends' quote was actually one of my own, by the way ))

(assuming that the knocked out Coon was taken/eventually followed to pass out for the night)
A gray ear flicked as if something tiny tickled it. A moment passed with lack of motion until the action repeated. Clenching black eye lids shut for just a small pray to stay back in the blanket of sleep, then a reluctant release of slumber's hold. Coon Skin's gold eyes pulled heavily open, and a terrible aching slammed hard to her head as she began to sit up. "Oh Hasbro...," she groaned groggily and a bit disoriented, "Whatever hit me last night is worse than a hang over....ahh man....ow..."
Slowly, and in a teetering manor, the masculine mare began to get her barring straight and up on her hooves. Where exactly was she? Admittedly, she didn't recognize the room, and last she was awake she was facing a burning building. Obviously, this was not the burning building. With a quick survey of the room's decor, Coon slowly pieced together she was in the Nursery, her original destination to begin with.
Much like a snap, the events of the day passed hit her much like her head ache. The blood out in the woods, the store, a fight? Princess! She works here, got to find her. Now knowing what she needed to do, she slowly began to head towards the door and make her way towards the kitchen. Judging by both of the males, they too, slept on the hard floor and felt just as rotten as she. Rubbing a large bump on her head, Coon greeted them most uncheerfully, "Morning, guys. Any of you know where Pri...erm..." She paused trying to remember the green peg's real name, "Kailani is? Kinda important...somethin' really freaky's happening."

Sometime after the sun rose the next morning, a small ray of light passed through a Nursery window and across the features of a sleeping purple stallion. Kimono frowned, the bright light seeming to penetrate his eyelids. Nudging his nose under his blanket and curling onto his side, he heard metal springs creak. This wasn't his bed. Emerald eyes shot open as Kimono looked around the room in brief confusion.
How did I...? Oh, that's right... With a much relieved sigh, Kimono recalled the events of the night before, confusing as they had been. Before considering anything else, he reached a feathered hoof under his cot and felt to make sure his precious books were safe where he had stowed them. He brushed the tip of his hoof against the bindings, counting them to make sure they were all present. To his relief, they were.
Kimono's purple ears swiveled forward as he heard voices coming from the kitchen. Carefully getting up so as not to wake anyone else, the stallion eased off his cot and crept toward the room where the voices had come from. Walking in, he realized he didn't know any of them. At least he thought so.
He cleared his throat briefly, "Good morning, everyone.."

"You are a sight for sore eyes," Coon loosley spoke, not at all feeling like her usual charming gentlemanly self. Kimono looks ten times better than the three of them there. The thief knew right away he had a bed, while she had slept on the floor. Mildly jealous, she was, as she could have been snug and warm in a bed with Stokely that night. But the floor was better than her campsite that night, to say the least.

"Mmmmmph." Treat grunted as he stood up. He slipped his fruit concoction into the oven after adding brown sugar and cinnamon.
Treat tried to keep his eyes pried open so he could see the two newcomers better. He didn't remember feeling this worn down in a long time. He thought he recognized the gray one but not the purple.
"Hey. I'm Triple Treat. There's extra coffee."

"Kail is still sleeping," Razz said. He tapped his cup with his hoof. "I think I'm going to have a bowl of oatmeal." He stood up and went back to the cupboard and began rustling about inside.

Coon Skin was more than happy to help herself to anything offered. Why not? It was there, she may as well. Not even caring what type of coffee, Coon poured herself a big cup. If she was lucky, the caffeine may help her head.
"Triple Treat," Coon repeated the name, recalling him from the cafe. Before she was curious if he was gay, being a 'sister' and all. She was still uncertain. "Name's Coon Skin."
"Ah, all right then," she replied to Razz. If anything she wouldn't push trying to get a hold of Kail with Razz present. She was uncertain of how he would act, as she suspected the little romance between he and her. Avoiding trotting on someone's grounds was a lesson well learnt previously.

Razz was staring at a bowl of dry oatmeal, as if reluctant to go further. "I have to make a phone call," he said to no one in particular. He trotted over to the phone, picked it up, and stared at it for a minute.

"You are a sight for sore eyes,"
"I beg your pardon?" Kimono asked, hoping he had misheard the stallion--er--mare, or... whatever it was.
Kimono nodded politely to Triple Treat, holding back a crack at the other's name. Fushia-colored locks fell between his eyes, "I'm Kimono. I... used to live in the castle. Well.. the old castle," He gave a small half-smile. He was clearly among the more rested in the room. Having stayed behind with most of the foals, he didn't get involved in the past night's drama.
"Thanks for the offer, but I don't drink coffee," the green-eyed stallion responded, smothering a small yawn. He was beginning to remember names and recognize the others. After living alone for so long, it seemed slightly foreign to be associating with so many different ponies at once. He often appeared much older than he was because of his use of propriety, and well, because he'd almost rather have his nose in a book than exchange words with others. It was odd for a stallion in his mid-twenties.

Treat waffled, feeling unproductive. "Coon Skin...Kimono...you guys can feel free to call me Treat." He ran a hoof through his long scraggly hair.
"Hey, uh, Razz, would you like this notepad?"

A sunbeam was cast trough the window, tickling Whis in the face. She yawned and got up. Whisperwind walked into the kitchen, were some of the strangers from last night was drinking coffee and such. She liked coffee, too, but instead she asked if there was any tea.
