((quick post to get things rolling at Solsbury Hill...))
As the hostility and intensity of the room began to rise, Tsuwari woke from his lengthy nap. He kept his eyes closed, listening for a few minutes before slowly opening them. From her expression, Tsuwari could tell that Jewel wasn't his best protector anymore, and the other ponies who had an aura like Set were making him slighlty uncomfortable. Set..
MAMA! Tsuwari's heart began to pound. He had to get back to her. Quietly as the small unicorn could, he slipped out of the room and galloped down the dark corridors.
Once outside, Tsuwari squinted into the distance. Closing his eyes, he concentrated hard, trying to feel for his mother. His small orange-red horn glowed slightly. Then it happened. He felt her.

Brigid's eyes narrowed as her starred piercingly through Eshu. Had she remembered how well the dark god was with words she would never had made the offer. "Touché, Eshu.," her voiced was icy and deadpanned.
It was up to the mare now. Brigid had not much she could verbally due without starting a heated fight, and Brigid had promised Inti she would avoid that. She intended to keep that promise too.
At Eshu's words, Peri Winkle could literally feel his stomach just pit up and crumble. This was not boding well, not in the very slightest. How had things just escalate to this level? And of all the ponies, why'd it suddenly have to evolve around someone he was slowly developing feelings for? Mother always was one to drill in my head that the keepers were hard to pull into the boat.
Again, Peri Winkle tried to help coax Jewel into a decision. "He's just twisting Brigid's words. He's a dark god, and Brigid and Inti are ones of light. If you thought Brigid was all psycho crazy before, than imagine how horrible a dark god's gonna be!"
Brigid's green eyes darted to Peri, her body not moving in the slightest. However, the actor could feel the hardened glaze and a chill ran visibly down his spine. Trying his best to ignore it, he asked again, "Please Jewel, just don't get involved with him!"

"How can I?" Jewel's voice was quiet and slightly pleading. "I agreed to it, if I back out, he could..." She left that thought dangling for Peri's imagination.
Jewel's purple eyes met Peri's blue ones helplessly. She didn't see a way out of her word. The pegasus held his gaze a little longer than any other pony might have, for she saw more in him that most ponies might. What do I do now...?

"I won't let him.," came out in a voice almost not of his own. It was the type of voice Peri Winkle would use almost daily while shooting scenes. However, those times he knew it was just fake, this time; his voice truly spoke with the strong emotion behind it.
His head shot around to Eshu's so that his real eye may take in his figure. Then, his face contorted in the strongest of determination he had. Peri had no intentions of starting anything, merely to prove he was serious about his words. Besides, Inti was a god of light, and earlier he had discussed with him the importance of trying to help the most he could in anyway possible. That was what Peri was trying to do; at least, he hoped he was.

Jewel's jaw remained open about an inch as Peri took on a new appearance. No one had ever stood up for her in the face of evil like that before, and it touched her deeply. She knew then that she and Peri had definitely connected on a new level, and in a way, it made her all the more frightened of the future. There was more at stake than her freedom.

Inti's head moved back and foth like he was watching a tennis match as Jewel and Peri talked. He was surprized how much emotion both of them were putting out, and in front of others, too. He remained quiet, for this was something on a personal level between the two. Hopefully, Peri Winkle would be able to convince her. It was almost unfortunate that this was a discision the golden peg had to make on her own, but forcing her wouldn't be right even though it was what was best for her.
*** (ooc: LNS, I thought Jol knocked over the pot but if not I guess it was Silence's doing.)
The dirt-stained pegasus stoped and planted his feet firmly in the ground in front of Jol. For some reason, he had an instinct of defensiveness now, and he gave the stallion a questoning look to motion that he wished for his father to explain what exactly was going on.

Eshu watched the conversation as well, knowing he could not let it continue much longer before his plans might be ruined by that annoying stallion. But what to do about him...?

Jewel's attention suddenly averted to the empty sofa, and the fact that Tsuwari's little body was no longer on it. Slightly wide-eyed, the pegasus scanned the room, and called, "Tsuwari?"
No answer.
"Brigid..?" She looked toward the beige goddess a little unsurely. "Can you.,. do you know,, what happened?" Jewel looked at the other mare hopefully, fully prepared for a snappy and even angry response. "He's not MY foal, but still.."
"Eshu, I have accepted your offer," Jewel sighed, "and come tomorrow, I'll be ready to train as your... mage." The pegasus raised her head, unwilling to appear at all submissive to the intimidatingly larger stallion. She would embrace the experience and be better off for it. Or so she hoped.
"Tonight, though, it's getting late..." The golden pegasus lowered her head as a yawn escaped her lips. She shook her head to clear her thoughts and focus.

Brigid's formerly icy glare softened upon Jewel's sudden change of conversation. Just as Jewel had, Brigid took a moment to eye the room. Just like foals, never stay put!
But before she could have made any form of remark, Jewel had asked her for the aid she sought. Seeing as the mare was still important to Inti through his mage, Brigid forced her usually abrasive nature to subside. As if to prove how much different she was to Eshu, that she could care about potential mages, Brigid complied with the questions she sought.
The beige unicorn closed her eyes, sensing out the air about her. The room felt more comfortable since Tsuwari had left, she noted, but sought out that uncomfortable air to find him. Set's calling card, mind you. It took a moment before she sensed the little one, sensing his emotions. Rage...and something...powerful.
Her surprise was well hidden, this power was something she hadn't sensed before, and was more surprised the foal had it more hidden than her lack of detecting it. Still, with her focus on the child, she sensed something else. Determination...fear, yes, but determination...must be the foals mother.
Brigid opened her eyes and looked back towards Jewel, no emotions upon her face. "The child is safe with his mother."
Peri felt as if some one had struck him the moment Jewel let the words that she had slide from her mouth. If feeling sick to ones stomach was an understatement, than Peri Winkle had no clue how to classify what he'd felt then. Still, he would not let his posture shrivel back, he would remain strong and hopefully unmoving.
"It is late," he repeated Jewel's words, "So I am going to wish that you all leave." Except Jewel and Inti of course, or Brigid if Inti insisted. But mostly Eshu was whom Peri wanted to force from his home. And Peri did not hide this fact in the way he faced the dark god.

Eshu watched as Brigid felt for the child and himself half-heartedly poked around, but didn't truly care. it was wise to know where mages were of course, but if they weren't his (Those of an ally in fact it seemed.) he didn't want to waste energy on it. Besides, Brigid would tell them all anyway.
"Eshu, I have accepted your offer, and come tomorrow, I'll be ready to train as your... mage."
Eshu nodded, "I'll see you then, I do not belive they will try to harm or restrian you, but do not doubt that should you not arrive, I will assume they have done something to you and will most certainly seek them out." She was trying so hard to appear below him, was she scared of him? Eshu hardly believed it, even with Aloha here he feared she might easily have done him in. He chuckled to himself.
"It is late, so I am going to wish that you all leave."
Eshu didn't miss himself as the target of this and rolled his eyes toward the ceiling "I'm so put upon, everyone hates me.... I believe I'm starting to feel rather depressed actually." his sarcastic tone left no doubt that he didn't have much like for Peri either. Eshu's eyes returned quickly to the stallion and she smirked as he flipped his tail and turned to leave the room. "Do come along if you wish Aloha, I believe there is one mroe mage we should see about..."

"The child is safe with his mother."
"Thank you," Jewel replied with true sincerity. She had witnessed enough of Brigid's rather.. testy,, personality, and was greatful for her effort. The pegasus was most relieved that Tsuwari, through whatever miracle, had ended up reunited with his mother. That way, he was both safe, and no longer her responsibility.
"I'll see you then, I do not belive they will try to harm or restrian you, but do not doubt that should you not arrive, I will assume they have done something to you and will most certainly seek them out."
"Them? As in Inti and Peri?" Jewel swung her head around to look at the two stallions before returning her gaze to Eshu. "Why would they try to hurt me?" She hardly believed that Inti, or her beloved Peri, would ever wish to harm her. In a way, the pegasus hoped that by presenting herself as naive and not terribly strong, Eshu could easily underestimate her should she need him to. Jewel never liked to wear everything she had on her sleeve, so to speak.
Not catching that she was included in those allowed to stay, Jewel glanced at Peri after he bid everyone go. She didn't want to impose, but hoped that he would invite her to stay.

"Them? As in Inti and Peri? Why would they try to hurt me?"
Eshu rolled his eyes and allowed himself a parting answer by poking his head back in "You have no idea what you've just gotten yourself into do you? This is a war mortal, one that's been threatening to happen for a long, long time. Things are atan awkward peace while we gather our forces, each believes the other to be evil and the lines of light and dark are forever blurred. You rest in the den of enemies, and you need be truly cautious of only one of them." he cast a meaningful glance at Bridgit and with that, took his leave.

(whoops, sorry I missed so much!)
Aloha was rather board with the events in the room. Not that it was boring persay - there were afterall three gods in the room and alot of confrontation, but she was missing her favorite show on tv. They didn't have TV in Jadus, and it was still a relatively new thing to her, having only moved here six months before.
When Peri suggested they leave and Eshu asked her to follow she immediately brightened up. "Ya mon! Les go!" She waited for Eshu to leave before turning to follow him out, but he poked his head back in with a warning for the tan peg. As soon as he put his head back out though, Loha-P turned and smiled at Jewel.
"He's not so bad mon. I think he likes ta blow tings out of proportion 's all." Then she turned with a quick flip of her tail and followed him out the door.
(OOC: last I saw him yes)

(I will never grow tire of Aloha Pearls accent)
Peri's face remained stern and impassive until Eshu had passed through his doors. It was only then did he become aware of Jewel's own predicament as far as sleeping areas went.
"No I meant them, not you.," he reassured her, his forceful voice dwindling back to a tired one. He shook his head, Eshu's fleeting words dangling in the air about them. "What a mess."
"Mess is an understatement," Brigid murmured, looking back to Inti, an apologetic look upon her face, if one would think her capable of it. "Sometimes there is just no bargaining with a god."
It was unsettling to the goddess that Jewel had agreed to it. Normally it was in her nature to now push Jewel out of her thoughts to focus upon other matters, but now, it seemed that through Inti she would not be able to do so. She turned her head calmly to Jewel. "He is right, lass. We are enemies now. Are you still certain you wish to slumber in the hospitality of him."
Peri Winkle didn't hold in the snort that left his nose. "Stop screwing with our heads, hasn't Eshu done enough of that tonight?"
She ignored him entirely, sensing out Eshu. He was out of the castle by now, and that gave her some ease. Hopefully, he wouldn’t bother them for a while. Of course, Brigid was still debating on whether she really wanted to drag herself back to the inn. Inti wouldn't have the audacity to through her out, and Peri not the strength.

"No I meant them, not you.,"
"Thanks, Peri," Jewel flashed the stallion a small smile, then sat down where she was, head somewhat hanging. She mused over things in her head as much as she could bear before it started to give her a headache. She spoke to no one imparticular, "Yes, a mess.. I don't want to be your enemy.. maybe I could help Eshu without hurting any of you.. I don't know," The pegasus sighed, wings drooping at her sides. "Well, Aloha didn't seem to think it was so bad.."
